Location and room is good but bed sheets are not clean, area near lift is very bad. Lange area is average

Though amount is paid, they have collected room rent from the guests. Proof of both payments were sent to the property management. They informed that they will check and will return the amount collected from the guests. Even after 10 days they have not returned the amount. Please make sure with the property management about the issue and ensure that the amount is returned back.
