Firstly.. This review is wholey in regards too the restaurant that is situated on the beach area outside the hotel... Two couples as a grouo, decided to walk too this location for a meal by the beach.. Well, yes, there is an area of sand that has been formed by laying sand between grass verge and concrete sea barrier.. So not really romantic enough for our liking.. So now too the food.. Ordered 2 surf& turfs( no lobster so king / tiger prawns), so no reduction in price for loss of lobster.. 2 steak mignon were also ordered.. What turned up was 3 surf & turfs and 1 steak mignon.. This despite member of staff double checking with our orders before leaving us.. One of us also didn't want vegetables in their rice... Guess what,he got vegetables in his rice... Yes we could've complained at the time, yes we could've sent it back too try again, but that would mean even later eating our meals..and one member eating on their own as other meals were correctly delivered to our table... So for me the service just wasn't good at time of our visit.. The meals themselves were very small portion size and for us, it didn't reflect good value for money.. It tasted ok, but nothing that wowed us.. For me, eating out is supposed too be an culinary experience of what a chef can cook and have that real taste too the meal... This simply didn't give that experience...Hopefully the management or whoever reads this review, if unfact they do read posts, will take the criticism and rectify things for future diners at this restaurant...

Personal top, Strand flop. Kein Strand, Zugang zum Wasser nur mit einer lebensgefährlichen Leiter. Sind auf andere Strände ausgewichen, wo die Liegen natürlich bezahlt werden müssten. Sind vom 2.Stock in den 1.Stock umgezogen, die Kompressoren der Klimaanlagen sind unter dem Dach. Deshalb ist es immer laut, auch wenn die eigene Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet ist.

Check in und out problemlos und superschnell. Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut nur der Strandabschnitt ist Mist da Liegewiese auf Betonklotz und zu wenig Liegen und die von Deutschen besetzt. Dafür aber ein super Pool mit vielen Liegen total entspannten Leuten in einem super Ambiente zum Meditieren. Vielen Dank an alle anderen Gäste welche absolut leise, rücksichtsvoll und tolerant waren. Es wird leider nichts mehr in dieses schöne Hotel investiert wobei manche Renovierung anstehen würde z.B. an der Poolbar etc. Toll ist das Frühstück am Meer. Personal ist schnell und freundlich und versucht auch die Ruhe im Hotel nicht zu stören und verhält sich fast unsichtbar. Hotel raus links bis zum Ende der Strasse dann links da findet man alles was Touri so braucht. Wifi funktioniert nur in der Rezeption und das ist gut so. Zimmer mit toller Terrasse und zwei Schaukestühlen zum Sitzen am Abend ja so muss Urlaub sein. Hatten nach ein paar Tagen einen süßen Frosch, welcher sich in das Badezimmer vehüpft hatte aber der wurde von uns sanft wieder entfernt. Türen immer schließen. Sudala kann man auf jeden Fall muss man aber nicht wenn man etwas günstigeres findet.

В принципе не плохо. Но есть одно большое НООО. В Као-Лак едут за бесконечными чистыми и не загруженными людьми пляжами... А здесь да, море через дорогу, оно классное теплое но вместо пляжа ВОЛНОРЕЗЫ!!!!!! Это нужно видеть было нашу реакцию и людей которые первый день приезжают а где ПЛЯЖ!!!!! Слева от отеля есть кусочек пляжа метров 150 между волнорезами, да пляжик норм, с лежаками но лежаки стоят 80 батт на одного на день, т.е. на двоих 480р/день, какая то частная территория, если 480р/день приемлемо, то отдыхать можно. От самих лежаков отеля ходить на этот пляж купаться далековато и неудобно. В остальном все хорошо, ресторанчики да, магазинчики да, экскурсии да,вилла да, бассейн да,уборка нормально, завтрак ни о чем каждый день одно и то же, по меню поесть можно но быстро приедается, качество на 4.Цены в ресторане особенно в баре на алкоголь космос какой то. А так есть куда походить вечером, не сильно далеко. Вернусь сюда? Однозначно нет потому что нет пляжа.

Отель сам по себе не плохой, чистые номера, чистый бассейн( даже два), красивая территория, тихо. Есть одно но, пляжа нет совсем, к морю выхода нет. До ближайшего пляжа метров 500. Персонал отеля приветливый, но не организованный. Информацию предоставили не верную в день выселения, кто прошляпил неизвестно. Сказали, выезд в 03:00 ночи, а машина приехала в 01.30, нас не оповестили, даже не стучали в дверь. Администратор отсутствовал на рабочем месте.

L'endroit est joli mais les chambres sont vieilles, le mobilier aussi, la douche qui fuit, les vieux joints, pas de savon ni shampoing (ce point a quand même été solutionné après avoir exprimer mon mécontentement à la réception), un cafard dans la chambre, pas moyen d'avoir du produit anti-moustiques pour profiter de la terrasse le soir, pas moyen de boire un verre car à 22h le resto ferme, le bar de la piscine est fermé (il faut aller se servir au resto donc de l'autre côté de la rue) et le gros hic: pas de WiFi dans les chambres (disponible que dans le hall d'accueil et le resto). Sinon c'est très joli et le personnel est accueillant
