Pleasant stay at Hat Yai! Took the junior room, it room was large, clean, comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful. Great value for a short city stay. 6 minutes away from the city centre by bike.

I booked 2 rooms for my family getaway during the school holidays. The room furniture and toilets looked old and could use some refurbishment. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive to Lee Garden and Greenway Night Market. Parking is quite limited, with only 6 spots available in front of the hotel and around 10 more in the open parking lot across the street. It's on a first-come, first-served basis. If you return to the hotel around 10 PM or later, most of the parking spaces are usually full, and you’ll likely have to park by the roadside.

I recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there. Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent! One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better. Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort.

Very clean room. I love how spacious and spotless the bathroom and bathtub is. Staff is also friendly and helpful. They have a very pretty cafe downstairs too. The only thing they don’t have is a gym, so I had to find nearby gym. Otherwise, all is excellent:)

This is my third time staying at this hotel — it never disappoints! The parking area is spacious, and the location is perfect, just right next to the Floating Market. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable with a modern touch. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

one of the best hotel room that i ever had at this price point, it worth every pennies. The furnitures are brand new, nice big tv with relatively fast internet and ofcourse very comfy bed! It would be better if we could get free access to the netflix. No bad odour in their toilet even though no ventilation whatsoever in there. Central hatyai, Greenway, Lee Garden and Asean night bazaar are all reachable within 10-15mins drive. I will certainly be back to this hotel in future! Thanks for having us!

Was good just far from tourist area. Such a quiet place and recommended food trip place. Just not ideal when the stores are close during day time. People are so friendly and helpful

Breakfast is provided with bread, coffee and porridge. Very nice!! The pool is cleaned every morning but a bit deep. Child must have accompany. Family room is spacious and the bath is separated from toilet. Very recommended. Parking lot also many

The room that I check in is super big, spacious and clean but the location of this hotel is a bit far from the central town. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful too. My room provide me a mahjong table too....
