This is my fifth hotel, very good!

Beautiful hotel🎉

The room is clean. The hotel is in a small alley, a bit hard to find. The staff is good. Overall, it's good. If I go into the city, I will stay here again.

I stayed there during the renovation period. I stayed on the 4th and 5th floors. There was a loud knocking sound. Overall, it was good.

Not impressed with the service Both accommodation and trip.com We booked accommodation with breakfast. When checking in, the accommodation said there was no breakfast (we pressed to pay including food) and it was a reservation and payment was made immediately. The hotel staff explained that We booked a rate that does not include meals. (Do you know how much the hotel's price does not include food?) We clicked on food included and got the rate in the app. If breakfast is not included, it is cheaper. We booked for a little over 600 per room. The staff asked us to call ourselves, but trip.com confirmed that our reservation included breakfast. The employee told me to talk to GM. After talking, this is (It's more negative than before. Swung said breakfast included means You have Ovaltine coffee, crackers) Is that right? The price includes food (very funny). We'll take care of it. Will you spend money on food??? Since traveling all over the country I just found out that buying more food is Buy crackers. (We won't accept it.) We are at a disadvantage. I will tell you that this trip we bought more food because our children wanted to eat. Fried eggs, sausage, bread at the hotel in the morning In the end, the GM threw us and the receptionist who probably wanted to help but was afraid of losing their job. Tell me you understand me. The GM told the receptionist to give food to 2 people. We said we had reserved everything, 2 rooms, 2 nights each (she told him to go and swatted Bob away). Friends, how do you read this? Because check-in starts at 2:00 p.m., which is the time for check-in to begin. Found dirt stains in the bathroom and 2 cockroaches.

Overall everything is very good. Big, comfortable room, easy to travel, safe, not far from the airport. There is also a restaurant.
