Baan Kieng Tawan Reviews

The room was spacious and the bathroom was large, with good air conditioning and a soft bed. However, the room wasn't very soundproof, and noise from outside easily entered. The staff weren't readily available for check-in and check-out; we had to call for them. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't very tasty.

Clean rooms, close to the market, and excellent service from the staff.

Located in Khong Chiam, it's cheap, but there's no food available. The atmosphere is good.

The room was clean and modern, looking just like the pictures advertised. The price was reasonable and not expensive, especially considering the quality received. The service was excellent, and it's not far from the market and tourist attractions.

Regarding Baan Kiangtawan, I might not have many still photos because I took more videos. But overall, it's a new, semi-apartment style accommodation. The surrounding area and the room itself are very clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation. Actually, we checked in quite late that day. There wasn't any staff at the counter, but there was a number to call. The staff answered very quickly and came to assist us promptly, which I really appreciated. They were very cheerful and friendly :) My only minor quibbles are that the parking can be a bit difficult and narrow, and the air conditioning takes a while to cool down the room.

Stayed overnight in Khong Chiam, where the sun rises first in Thailand. A small, locally run place with a calm atmosphere, clean rooms, and warm, down-to-earth care. Good location near the community—perfect for slowing down and experiencing the area as it is.

The room was clean, the environment was good, and the service was excellent with polite staff. The atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely stay again.

Staff very helpful. Quiet. No water kettle in room, but staff give us one for tea. Generally, hotels have coffee for free, but no tea. Why?

Good location very clean and nice quiet area

Clean / Close to restaurants / Close to convenience stores

The accommodation is clean and close to the community.

Good, new room with cold A/C.
