I have stayed in this hotel many times on business trips. Previously, I had booked the LeFeng Hotel but was arranged to stay in the same building as the Xingchen Hotel. There was garbage in the room, etc. After reporting this to the front desk, no further investigation was carried out. However, this time my stay was relatively long and problems occurred continuously, which made my shopping experience very unpleasant! First, when paying for check-in at the store, the front desk did not explain the price difference between rooms with breakfast and rooms without breakfast. They directly booked the room and gave me the room card and breakfast coupon. Before this, the restaurant had not checked the breakfast coupons. Suddenly one morning, they checked the coupons. I went to the front desk and said, "The coupons are in the room. I need a breakfast coupon." The front desk lady gave me the coupon, but told me in a bad attitude that the room did not include breakfast. I asked why she didn't tell me when I checked in and how to explain why she gave me the coupons, but the other party couldn't answer me. I threw the coupon to the front desk. The hotel's service to regular customers was as casual as picking up flowers in the morning and picking up flowers in the evening. Things that were possible last time were not possible this time. There was no stability or consistency at all. Secondly, the room was not properly disinfected and was plagued by insects for two consecutive days, but the hotel did not respond or take any action. Third, when I needed something, I called the front desk, and they said they didn’t have it, and then said they didn’t know. After I pointed out that the items were in the linen room of the regular hotel housekeeping department, they were eventually found and delivered to me. The front desk had no idea about hotel items and lacked business knowledge.
