Property Description
This hotel is a great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railways too. The building is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. Let off steam going for a country walk. Or enjoy the power of steam at Severn Valley Railway Museum. Make a clay pot at Hartlebury Castle. Or make a detour through the animal magic of the West Midlands Safari Park. Then it's time for some serious relaxing with our extra-comfy beds and The Kitchen restaurant.

Great hotel - best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in. And Tracy who cooked us breakfast was amazing! Bacon sandwich was great! And the room was great. With shops really close for morning browsing. Had a great stay during half term. Will be back. Thank you!

Nice relaxed ambiance and well maintenance hotel. Rooms very pleasant and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had both shower and bathtub. Only downside to our stay was having to pay quite a bit extra for parking as the hotel is located In a shopping precinct and car park is owned by private company and therefore not free.

Breakfast not worth the money. Stale bread on both mornings and no fruit juice one morning. Restaurant area extremely quiet, I guess there is a reason for that. The room was OK and the staff were all very helpful but would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Great location! We were greeting with a warm smile at Reception upon arrival with the offer of a biscuit for the children. Lovely room with big windows and air con! Shout out to Tracey who is does the best breakfast, so fresh and tasty, and goes out of her way to help. Best premier we have been too so far and we will be coming back.

I have MS, FND, and many physical health problems. I arrived at hotel to find all lifts were broken and I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to reception. It almost killed me, I nearly passed out. Once I was located a room, I got there only for the room not be cleaned or be ready, the maids were in shock and wasn’t happy that receptionist had given me this room when wasn’t ready. I then had to wait 20 mins standing up hurting waiting for room to be ready. I’ve stayed in hundreds premier inns, this is worst ever! I demand a refund.

Stayed here for a weekend away visiting family, had a lovely stay and would highly recommend! The rooms were clean, quiet and on arrival we received a warm welcome from a kind and friendly member of staff! Breakfast was great and considering the great room rate I didn’t mind paying for the parking which was right on the doorstep! I will definitely be returning on all my family visits!

Don't go if you need parking ! It's paid parking. To park overnight it's £6 from 16.00 to 10am. As check out is 12 noon you have to get dressed and go out and pay for the extra 2 hours. No chance of a lie in. Always watching the clock because of parking times. Doesn't make for a restful stay. We left a day early because of this. Never again. So many people were complaining.

Such a lovely hotel, a converted mill that has kept lots of original features, amazing staff that go above and beyond, we had some lost property and they checked cctv and bedrooms for it and were really kind. Lovely breakfast, the kitchen is small but food was fresh and delicious. Really good night sleep, it was quiet and its location on a retail park means we heard no outside noise. Best premier inn we have stayed in - and we’ve done a few
