Its a very nice complex hotel and a spa as a structure . The rest is a 3 star hotel. Majority of staff unfriendly, ignorant teenagers , no class ,unexperienced . It was not like this before since its not our first stay in this hotel. Many things missing in the room, missing shower handle never reported to be fixed or window shutters to have good night quality of sleep. Food used to be very good in the hotel and now its a poor quality , less choices and unhealthy promoting sodas fountain . I would not be surprised to see burgers next time. Dinner open buffet definetely not worth the price. Its better to eat in Dworek Restaurant where food is still delicious . Receptionist used to be more professional and asking if everything was ok during stay, not anymore or just had a bad luck. Anyhow overall experience give me your money and dont bother me…. So sad.

We stayed as a group of few families. Overall unpleasant place and we will definitely not be going back. Staff Except the manager who had to get involved in one matter, very unprofessional. Receptionists are very ignorant, not willing to help or answer basic questions. Rooms Basic but nice and comfortable. Cleaned every day. Views - we did not even know it was acceptable to build a room facing blank wall or water park slides. We were shown few alternative rooms and most of them in one wing of the hotel were like that. It was shocking and partially ruined or stay. Restaurant Food was fine. Staff very rude and unprofessional. For example, they could take one plate from a table full of empty dishes. Some were on their mobiles most of the time and gossiping (or even swearing - we know Ukrainian language and could understand what they were saying about the guests. Really disgusting!). Pool Too busy - every day in the morning there were busses arriving from different places bringing kids. It looks they were letting too many people in and the space got crowded immediately every day. It was good for kids, as they could not go too crazy in such crowd. Spa Good size. In our opinion it is missing the intimacy. It was also too loud in the evenings, with drunk people being let to already overcrowded sauna for sauna sessions.

For the whole week hotel is taken over by Jewish workers preparing it for weekend Jewish event. There are no tables available for meals, lobby is under construction, so is parking (no option to take car for few hours) even elevator are not working as there are being decorated in Jewish posters (all happening during daytime) regular guests are not treated seriously. I have never seen sth like that. This is a scandal. I can’t believe any hotel is treating their guests like that

I wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel as on Fridays and Saturdays you just won't sleep. Hotel is regularly hosting weddings and music is very loud. The hotel own informator clearly states that everyone should keep quiet between 10pm - 6am. Which is clearly not the case. Greg P.

What made out stay extra special was the little differences made by the staff One-off the gentlemen in the fine dining restaurant was amazing. He helped me with my very specific allergies, helped accommodate the needs of my children and recommended delicious wine. The aquapark was wonderful and during the week very few people.

We have spent a couple of days in the hotel, the swimming pool, lazy river, pool bar area and chilling great. I strongly recommend the breakfast, there is a good choice(eggs, bacon, American pancakes, polish sausage, cheese croissant and more) , same goes for lunch/dinner served between 17-20.... There were some minuses to our stay , the queue for checking in, reception without smile, lifts, in the room carpet needs a clean,mattress covers make you sweat. We were a bit unlucky to have noise neighbours as well, who carried on till small hours.

Impressive house in the grand hotel style - very spacious and spacious. This includes a fun pool with 3 slides and a tropical swimming pool - ideal for families, as well as a beautifully designed sauna area for adults. The spacious rooms have modern, good facilities that leave little to be desired. Depending on the season, there are 2 to 3 different restaurants in the hotel complex with imaginative dishes of solid quality. The breakfast buffet is gigantic with a huge selection of sweets. The price-performance ratio is very good for German standards!

Swimming pool: Swimming pool for hotel guests and outsiders, unlimited number of outsiders are allowed. Parking: No designated parking spaces for hotel guests, mixed parking lot is most frequently occupied by people visiting the swimming pool. Binkowski Hotel is a real oasis of relaxation! The food is extremely tasty, the swimming pools are perfect for relaxation, and the saunas are absolutely amazing - undoubtedly the best I have ever seen. Totally deserves a 10/10 rating in my opinion.
