Due to local government requirements, the hotel restaurant can only take breakfast to the room and pack it into the room. The hotel is great. The room was clean, organized and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice, they speak English and are very helpful. The Hotel is a little bit far way from the city and main rail/bus station, but you can easily access it by bus or Uber.

After looking at there website I was looking forward to staying here! Arrived just after 12 noon and was told after waiting at reception that my room was not ready, which is fair enough me being early. So went to the lobby bar for coffee only to be told that the machine was broken and I would have to go out side if I wanted coffee. Let say the person in question spent more time on the phone and smoking then making sure the area she was in charge of was clean and tidy! The bedroom was clean and tidy but in my view not finished off no paint on the ceiling and a phone light that you could read by! No soft close of the main door and you could here other people moving around the place. Breakfast was the main reason for choosing this place as the website states great food! O my god how wrong it was please see picture processed food only and this hotel is in the greatest food producting nation in the world. One up side tea on tap. In formed reception about the food nothing happened. On the up side a number of members of staff did go up and beyond mainly a lady who worked in the lobby bar name of Alexander and a guy who worked Thursday who was also very helpful. This hotel has great potential but it just seem to have lost its way!
