Disappointing!!! Arrived to a dirty, neglected looking unit. The desk person showed me another room, that was even dirtier. Contacted WORLD MARK in the morning. After that phone call went yo talk to the manager. She had a bit of attitude. She did however, have them come clean, repair, clean carpet, fix air conditioner, electrical outlet, screen door. But, why does a guest have to tell them things are dirty and the unit us in disrepair? She needs to get out if the office and look around. I also told her the pool was in need of help. Filthy entrance gates to pool(4) so dirty, I didn't want to touch them. Pool side tables in need of a painting or replacement. The list goes on and on.... There are so many choices in Hawaii, choose somewhere else.

We spent seven days at the Worldmark resort at Kihei, Maui. We booked several excursions prior to arriving and some through the Concierge at Worldmark. Alisandra Carmago and Kim at the front desk were most helpful booking excursions and local fare. The facility was more than sufficient and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Kihei is an absolute paradise and highly recommended! Before you book any excursions, dinners or lunches - call the resort. In most cases, they can provide 20-40% off discount vouchers to save you money. You can do the math on your own...

I think they had flooding but didn’t properly repair the rooms, they smelled like mold and mildew. Also, when we arrived, the room itself was not clean. Staff is hit or miss, some are very friendly and some almost seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. The plus is that it’s in walking distance of an amazing beach.

We've been here alot. We like it. Drove over for a break. Great location and nice rooms. Staff is always friendly. Only downside is that they don't have elevators. So dragging suitcases up and down stairs is your exercise. Would give it five stars if it had elevators.

The resort was clean and the front desk staff was fantastic. We loved being close to the pool, our friends' room, and the BBQ area. The property is very well-kept, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. Highly recommend.

This place was never fancy but it was cleaner and better. They need to do better. The mattress was TERRIBLE. The sheets rough and the blanket had seen better days. Hairs on the floor. The rooms (yes, three of them) were not clean. Hardly any have a view. The whole place is just laid out so weirdly. They didn't maximize the view they could have at all. The first room had what appeared to be black mold growing on the wall and smelled terrible. We finally got another room and had to move all of our stuff and then had to move again the next night because they couldn't let us have a 1 bedroom when we booked a studio. I offered to give them more in exchange for the 1 bedroom to not have to move again but they insisted. There were no offers of help or any refunding of points or anything in consideration for the trouble. I hope they don't give that room to anyone else before they fix that smell and the potentially dangerous underlying issue. The parking lot spots are very tight. The pool area is not nearly big enough or clean enough. I overheard a lady complain to the manager about cockroaches for three days in their room . They need to do an overhaul.

This resort is heavily visited, well located, and has good amenities. The front staff was friendly and welcoming. The housekeepers are very busy. Thank you for getting our room ready on time. Our room needed to be inspected a bit more before being made available to us because it was not thoroughly cleaned or the cleaning was rushed. There was food stuck on the kitchen counter and on the floors of the kitchen, found some hair on floor, and some trash was left behind the side table by the master bedroom. It’s common to see a cockroach so I took care of that myself. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable after I did a thorough wipe down of the place. The grounds around this resort need to be swept of trash and debris or people need to clean up after themselves. The winds can carry the trash to many places. I hope to return again.

Who the heck picked the new furniture? It’s terrible, you cannot sit anywhere and be comfortable in the room. Many people that stay here spend enough time in the room to warrant decent furniture. Also, they took out the storage next to the Murphy bed, where are people supposed to put their clothes???? Cmon
