Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas

The rooms were new, spacious, and clean. A luxurious space. The staff were also nice. I went to the on-site restaurant, but waited about 50 minutes for my food to be served. The food was good. The gym closes at 10pm. One of the toilets in the room clogged easily. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

Family trip. Four of us, two rooms. The room condition was better than expected. The living room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Since it was on the first floor, curtains were always required. The location was a bit more remote than expected, but we had a car, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

When I arrived I tried to take a shower, but there was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap provided. The daily cleaning by housekeeping was sloppy. On my last day it was cleaned nicely. I think it's odd that there is such a big difference depending on who is in charge that day, and I felt disappointed.

Hilton's villa resort is located near Kihei. It has a beautiful environment, clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen facilities and washing machines. It is very suitable for family travel.

The whole resort is not finished yet, the rooms are nice, the hygiene is OK, but some of the front desk staff are not very positive.

The location is good and easy to go everywhere. It is close to the seaside. There is a parking space. The one-bedroom and one-living room has a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and tableware. It is very comfortable. The view is also good. There is a barbecue grill downstairs.
