Counter staff is good services

Well. Breakfast wasn't that great either... There weren't many reviews, so my guess was right.

There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there is a supermarket a short walk away and a 24-hour bento shop called Hirai next door. The pillows were low-profile and I was able to rest well.

Due to a mistake by the travel agency, we ended up staying at the last minute. Although we were supposed to be a couple and our three grandchildren, we were only given one tiny single room, so one of us had to sleep on the floor. We put up with it because we thought it would be a nuisance to the hotel, but it was still disappointing. I know I shouldn't compare, but overall I think it was worse than Green Rich in Kurume. There was nothing to eat for breakfast, but I guess it was understandable considering we got a cheap price.

It's old! It was originally a Japanese-style room, but they'd converted a closet into a toilet and sink, the unit bath was small, and it was a card key type so the air conditioning and refrigerator would be turned off when you went out. And I was surprised that even though it was in the middle of nowhere, I had to pay 330 yen a day for parking. You could see the TSMC factory from the window, so I got the impression that this was a hotel aimed at wealthy people from Taiwan.

It was a one night stay, but it was good. However, it was a little disappointing that the TV was in the same place as the window (only one side, not a curtain). Also, the restaurant didn't have any children's cups, which was disappointing. They were glass cups. I asked them, and they immediately provided me with paper cups, which made me happy.

The customer service was also very good and I was very satisfied. I would like to use this service again when I visit Kumamoto!

There was nothing nearby so it was not a problem.

There was a hot spring, and the room also had a simple bath and shower, which was helpful. I've stayed here a few times before, so I skipped the bath and was able to check in smoothly.

It's not a new hotel, but it has everything you need. There was a large parking lot, but there was a fee.

It was cheap and I had no complaints and was comfortable.
