Nightcap at Empire Hotel

Few things I don’t like is that: - room that I stayed was not good due to i was unable to open window. There was so much suffocation and I needed fresh air and I had to turn on Air con all night in cold weather. - fridge in our room was so annoying due to random noise coming from it and unable to sleep properly in night. - We were 2 guests staying in one room so we expected to have 2 keys for room but we received only onekey due to hotel policy. - There was no eco sounds and we could easily hear sounds coming from neighbour room.

Huge free public car park. The room-what you see on the picture is what you get. Nice and friendly staff. Stable water pressure for the shower. But the shower room is a little bit small. Enjoy the stay.

Far from downtown, around here is very deserted. And the room is untidy. The pillowcases turn yellow. The hair dryer, remote control cover with dust. The milk provided in the room's fridge had been opened and partially consumed, and there was an unfinished ice cream left by the previous guest. And you need to take your luggage upstairs by yourself cuz no elevator. And the crews and company show less concern about these issues. So not recommended

It’s a little far from town center. But we got a car, so all good. For the price you pay, definitely value for money. Have amenities nearby too, so it’s convenient.

The service is very good. We found an uncomfortable smell, not sure what it was but similar to smoke. Then the staff came in and helped out the best they could which satisfy our expectations and the smell was completely gone. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.

It was a good vibe good clean rooms and easy to access everything

We enjoyed our stay at the Empire Hotel. Clean rooms and absolutely lovely staff and service! Train station just a few minutes down the road.

Overall, it was a simple and functional stay that worked well for our travel schedule.
