Pet Friendly Home with Private Tiki Bar - 3-minute drive to the beach!

Very clean 4 bedroom and 3 full bath Beach House with plenty of entertainment spaces. 3 minute drive to the beach! New Trex Deck and stairs. Linens and Bath Towels are provided. Great location near Milepost 6.5, close to restaurants and grocery stores and the Avalon Pier. Walk or bike to the sound to enjoy the incredible sunsets (our personal favorite!) The house is also setup with toilet paper and paper towels to get you through your first night or couple of days. For longer stays it may be necessary to purchase some during your stay. Spaces include: 4 large bedrooms, your very own Tiki Bar and big screen TV in the garage for the perfect hangout when you get back from the beach, two living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), and a back yard for yard games. Don't forget the outdoor shower, so you can shower off after a day at the beach! There are 4 bikes also available for use in the garage. (2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes). Upon checkout we ask that you please strip bed sheets and towels at the end of your stay and place them into trash bags and leave at the laundry room. This is so our cleaners can wash and sanitize without contact.
