The price/performance ratio is very high, and it feels like a small house with all the necessary features. It is a few steps from the seaside, suitable for watching the sunrise in the morning, and it is not far from the Wrights brother memorial hall.

The hotel is very close to the beach, suitable for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. General facilities, sanitation is okay. Free parking, the suite is big enough, but the bathroom is super small. An extra bed is available for $10. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed in a dune front room and it was just a short walk over the dunes, to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet. We plan to come back here again someday. A lot of bang for your buck!

Waste of time and money
Clean rooms, wonderful location and easy walk to the beach.
Do not book here!!!!!!!! It is cheap for a reason. Low life, who have no respect for anyone book here. They create so much noise and calamity well into the early hours of the morning (2am). You cant sleep - ever, night after night. I checked out early and left this disgusting hell hole.

I liked the short walk to the beach and the complimentary breakfast. The suite room was very spacious especially if you’re traveling with kids. The floors around the sleeping area need to be updated from the room I stayed in. The floor had a lot of weak spots in it but it didn’t bother me. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is not the tallest, fanciest, or newest. But it has the old charm that's missing in today's mega-hotels. Reminds me of the first place we stayed at 35 years ago. I'm so glad i found this place ave had ready access to the beach abd ocean. Truly a wonderful hotel!
