Eviston House Hotel is located in the heart of Killarney. The location couldn't have been better. The hotel is very close to a large public car park which is safe and convenient. The hotel is very close to all local amenities and everything is within walking distance. The Hotel is also very close to Killarney House and grounds which is very convenient for a beautiful walk. The Hotel itself is very welcoming, the accommodation has all that you would need on a stay, very clean and comfortable. The Hotel has a good food menu which offers great value.

We made a last-minute decision to do the Kerry loop, so we cancelled our original hotel and booked this place instead. It completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel was large with many rooms, and the facilities in the rooms were very complete, with everything neatly organized. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station, and only half an hour to Ross Castle, the national park. The visitor center is on the street behind the hotel, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes nearby.

Small parking lot behind the building which in off season was easy to get to but could be stressful if full as the alley is one way. There was no rubber mat in the shower so gets quite slippery. Lots of areas to store luggage and extra pillows available. Able to open the window for fresh air. The bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up with back pain everyday. The hot tub was down as well. Otherwise right in the city center and very conveniently located to enjoy the town. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a pub on site.
