Nice room with excellent view of the Black Sea shoreline. The breakfast was great. A few nice eating places in walking distance.

Very disappointed, the location of this hotel is very remote, far from the city center, the network signal is very bad, the hotel wifi needs to log in so it will often be disconnected, and the speed is very slow and there will be no Internet from time to time. The 4g signal is not easy to use and the traffic will be very stuck.
This trip experience was very disappointing to Ctrip. I chose this hotel because of the wrong hotel address. The result is another address 30 minutes away. It disrupted all my plans and made my travel extremely inconvenient. Originally, booking a hotel was the result of a daily lunch break because it was too far away to take a lunch break. I can find a good hotel in the city center for the same distance at this price. There is absolutely no need to come to this remote place with bad signals to suffer.
Ctrip's handling method was insincere and perfunctory, very disappointed, and disappointed me even more than the hotel. I use Ctrip because I appreciate the way Ctrip went to Vietnam a few years ago, but it doesn't seem to be anymore. The so-called golden diamonds have been used, which seems to be useless.

Great views and a hotel pool give a fantastic feel to the place. Breakfast was substantial, offered lots of options and looked fresh. Plenty of food options around for dinner.

What I liked - super friendly and helpful staff!
What I didn’t like - some random dog peed on my backpack while I was unloading luggage from taxi, I ran to the dog to spook it away - it went around the taxi and tried to pee on my luggage bags…

Experience in this hotel I won’t wish to anybody. AC didn’t worked whole night and organisation’s of taxi in the morning was totally unorganised. Almost I miss the flight…😤

I’ve stayed here before in the winter and found it pleasant. Though this time it was late May and the weather was warm (and the room hot from being in the direct afternoon sun) the centrally controlled wall heater/A/C unit was still set to ‘winter mode’ and, therefore, the A/C was inoperable. The only option for cooling the room was to leave open the balcony door. The room was right above the outdoor restaurant that played music until around 10:00 pm. Quite annoying when I needed to get some sleep before an early flight the next morning. The hotel itself is in need of an update but is clean and basic. The ‘king size’ bed was no more than two twin beds pushed together with a king size sheet, leaving a gap in the middle of the bed. The view from the balconies overlooking the Black Sea is fantastic.
