"IF THERE IS NEGATIVE ZERO TO RATE THIS INN, I WOULD DEFINITELY LOVE TO DO IT. I booked my stay today November 1 for just a night. When I reached to the hotel with my family the lady in front gave us the room 214 second floor. Upon opening the room I saw the bed covers stained, I tried to go washroom the door is DEFINITELY NOT WORKING and the WASHROOM IS TERRIBLY GROSS! No towels ready also! I asked the lady in front if she can give me a different room at least, she offered if she can call a guy who can fix the door, I refused because I need a comfortable place to stay. She told me they don’t have any available room. I told her if they can refund my money and I will look for another place to stay with my family. They rejected my request!!! What kind of management is this? IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE YOUR GUESTS FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING THEIR STAY. People are tired and they just want a proper place to stay not something to deal with at the end of the trips. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FAMILIES and FRIENDS WHO WILL TRAVEL AROUND THE AREA IN THE FUTURE. DEFINITELY NOT AND NEVER!!!!"
