As soon as I entered the room, I saw the first ceiling light flashing, and I immediately wrote to the building management contact. The management's letters were always very polite, and I continued to write to follow up, but the repairman didn't arrive for two days. What upset me most was that on the morning of the third day, around 8 AM, without prior notice, the repairman knocked on the door and entered using the electronic key. This shocked and frightened us, who were still asleep. The repairman who entered was a tall male, which made my daughter and me feel very unsafe. I sincerely believe that this could have been avoided; if the management had simply written to me first, we wouldn't have felt this way.
