All the staff were friendly, kind and polite. It was a joy to stay here and we will be returning"

"We have stayed there before and we are pleased with the room (a couple and a young child in the double room with sofabed) size is decent, not huge but enough room for us. Clean, friendly staff and £15 a day for parking (EV charging at their car park). There is also an outdoor public carpark at the end of the road for about £10 for 24 hours if the hotel carpark is full (we did have to park there, a few mins walk)"

"Booked a table on a Monday night. Lovely warm wood burner. Fantastic choice of wine and draught beers. Great choice of specials to choose from. Both opted for the Pork belly from the menu with mash and fresh vegetables. We were not disappointed. Stunning presentation. Hot. Full of flavour and fantastic portion. Shared a homemade Bakewell tart and cream for dessert. Very light and full of flavour."
