As a Marriott Bonvoy traveller, I usually assure of the upcoming stay but at the Kingston, I experienced One of the most comfort sleeping experience ever!

The rooms are luxurious, and the staff are friendly. It's close to the harbor and in a great location. It's a great value.

It's a very ordinary hotel. The elevator feels like it suddenly brakes! Parking for guests staying overnight is $35 a day. The breakfast is also average!

The location is great, right on the lakefront in the city center, making it a great stopover on the way from Quebec to Niagara Falls. The hotel rooms are large, and there's free coffee and hot water in the lobby, which is quite convenient.

I successfully swiped my card at the hotel front desk, but their system didn't recognize it. They later said they would process it, then manually entered my card number and used it without my permission. They later said they looked into it and promised to refund both. However, after I left, only one payment was returned. Their attitude wasn't very friendly either. This issue needs to be resolved...

It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

The room is new but small, and the crib is a bit crowded. The M Club is quite convenient, the environment is good, and a small amount of food is provided.

The room is spacious, but there is only one sofa, no dedicated bar, and few furniture.

New hotel, great location, great environment. The air conditioner was the most impressive, very quiet. Breakfast was included in the room, traditional breakfast. Recommended. The elevator in the hotel parking lot was broken, it would have been nice if it had been informed earlier. We didn't have to carry three suitcases up the stairs
