Don't set your expectations too high, it's good enough as a budget hotel. The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear a lot of noise downstairs if you walk around upstairs at night. If you drive yourself, the parking lot is large and very convenient.

It’s old, dirty things out of order. Had to keep having my key reprogrammed. The fire alarm kept going off. No one at the front desk one morning.

Realistic review of this Super 8
The internet site for the Super 8 is as not accurate. There was no breakfast to be had. The property was ran down and in disrepair. The fire alarm was intermittently going off. The fire doors were closed due to the malfunctioning fire alarm. Every time someone walked through the fire doors, they automatically slammed shut making a loud slamming sound. Fortunately the hotel was not crowed. For a Friday evening, there was only 7 cars in the parking lot. The furniture in our room was falling apart and tacky to touch. Our room was clean as it could be. The staff did make the bed linens clean. There was no staff to help with check out. There was a stench in the hallways. The ********** web site was about thirty dollars cheaper than the Super 8 web site.

Every time
I stay here every time I am in Kingston. It is very budget friendly and is a good deal for the price. It is not a fancy place but comfortable. The bed was great, the heat was pumping and the water pressure was excellent. The staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive.

The front desk crew and especially Diane.,? She did a great job of fixing my reservation issue with ******* and got me the room and was cheerful throughout even with a line of people with the same issues she remained helpful. I highly recommend her for compensation, and I will stay there again because of her.

Breakfast was packaged muffins and they were gone within the hour. There was also trash under the beds, including a large bolt my toddler found and then put in her mouth.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of included breakfast as it advertised on *******, but when I checked in I was told there is no breakfast and no explanation. The hotel condition is subpar, pretty dark lobby, bathroom sink with crevices, and a strange and strong smell in the lobby, hallway as well as in the room. AC/Heating unit is loud at night. The businesses, including restaurants, in the nearby places were all closed by 9pm, like a dead town.

This is a Super 8, so that is the quality you get. HOWEVER, the manager and staff are so friendly, helpful, welcoming, really doing a great job! It was because of the staff that when I decided to stay in the area two more nights, I stayed there. The location is also great.
