My name is Jamila Reid .I arrived at the Hilton and was greeted by Lovley Val with a smile at around 9:30 pm.I was frustrated ,exhausted and tired.I had a fire at my house and my family and I needed a place to stay.Lovely saved the day!She called her manager and was able to accommodate my daughter and husband.The other ladies was very nice as well when I had to extend my stay.I’m truly thankful for the Hilton provided staff that are friendly,knowledgeably and accommodating .Lovley I thank you and appreciate you for your customer service.

The Hotel is clean, neat and stays comfortably. Good place for company conference.

We have small dogs and we’re tyrned away by a hotel which advertised that they were pet friendly, but only allowed one per. This Suoer 8’s staff was super helpful. The room was clean, the bed and shower were wonderful. The furniture had a few chew marks on one piece of furniture, but our dogs were well behaved.

After a horrible start of the weekend at the best western plus in Kingston NY we left there after one night. We found Residence Inn in Kingston NY as we walked in we were greeted with a very professional staff, they had a smile on there faces the whole time and very helpful. The two staff members that waited on us were Robert and Tarik, they both were the best staff members I have ever felt with in all the hotels I have stayed at. I would recommend Residence Inn in Kingston NY for any of your stays. I will definitely return to this hotel even if I had to drive to my event for a little while it is worth the excellent service!!! This is the first time I have done a review before and this is worth my time. Thank you so much Robert and Tarik!!!!!!!!!
