按平台導航到達定位後，未看到酒店招牌，詢問周邊住户告知該位置並沒有這個酒店，多次致電酒店和通過添加酒店whatsapp均未聯繫上酒店。在定位附近找了一個多小時均未找到酒店，給我帶來非常不好的旅遊體驗，最終不得以另訂酒店。給我帶來了時間、金錢和精神損失。最終向攜程平台申請退還房費。我已向攜程平台反饋過此事，希望攜程平台最終給我一個滿意答覆並補償我的損失。
