"This was my first time in Kingston, JA and it was amazing. This hotel stay was a nightmare. Rude staff, I even saw a staff member hit a guests child in pool! my front door would not lock for safety for 2 days! Had to argue to get it repaired. Noone is at the front desk majority of the time and there is a bell to ring for help. Well good luck! We had to ring the bell 20 times and yell for assistance."

There are also great opportunities to hike and explore the surrounding areas, which made the stay feel both adventurous and relaxing at the same time. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast that was fresh, satisfying, and clearly prepared with love. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to hike or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. The rooms are clear, spacious and the bed is supper comfortable, if you are just looking to be one with nature, somewhere peaceful and quite, look no further. "From December 23-29, The room ad location was very good, but when I was there I was told we have VIP parking, but on Boxing Night, there was no parking, when we get back, the entire parking lot was full, and the VIP section where we supposed to park was all packed, we have to be driving around for half an hour looking for a spot to park, they have n event there, that I think was over booked because of greed, and they didn’t give a damn who have room there parked. My stay was for 6 nights, Also the breakfast was terrible, uniformed, tough cabbage, not a lot to choose from and this was for 6 days, I’m comparing it with the S Hotel, which is a smaller hotel, their food is so good, every day is a different breakfast and porridge, The Pegasus have to do better, the name and its tenure should say it all, but no. My experience is not a good one, when it comes down to the food and parking."
