We ask for the room service but, the room was messy. Had to stay on that messy room for 2 nights 😣

Great clean hotel, right in the centre of Hull, close to my place of work.

I booked this for a homeless guy who said “what more could I have possibly asked for it was perfect a warm comfy bed and a hot shower and friendly staff!’

Good stay, had gone for house searching and the location was just perfect to manoeuvre around the city

We had a good stay in general excellent location to explore Hull City.

Well located, but would benefit from a refurb. Paid multi storey car park nearby.

Location is handy and room is basic. It is alright for just one or two nights' stay.

The reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean . We had a good time and came back to a nice clean place to sleep. We would stay again 😁

Excellent location. Staff very helpful

The staff at the hotel was really lovely and the location was good. That's about it on the good things. It was really not worth the price, poor cheap bedding, messy floors, I wouldn't dare putting my clothes in the wardrobe either, really smudged bathroom and lack of soap and other amenities. I stayed there one night which was ok but would definitely consider a different spot next time around.
