Visited with my family and found the Hotel and bedrooms were very clean. The location is excellent with easy access to Hulls old town. Grant on reception was excellent! He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. A great credit to premier Inn. Will definitely be returning

A good hotel with easy access off the A63. Large car park with lift access, parking rate is discounted for guests. Very friendly, helpful staff. Tried the Premier Plus room and wasn't disappointed - the room rates were very competitive. My second stay in the hotel and my husbands third stay. Previously we have eaten in the hotel and enjoyed our meals. There are great views from the restaurant/bar. I definitely recommend using this city centre PI if you are staying in Hull.

Excellent reception and general Staff . Very accommodating and friendly . Rooms are xcellent value for money . Clean modern with all the basic facilities . Bath and large head shower were great . Super Beds . Would definitely return here for another visit . Restaurant menu and quality were more than acceptable for this price point .

We stayed here for 1 night as a family of 5 over 2 rooms we visited the deep and grant e was fab think he was the deputy manager i suffer from a neurological condition and he couldnt do enough to help me got me a drink immediately for my medication i used my own cutlery and he washed it for me so i didnt have to carry it dirty food was fab and loved the view over the estuary. Room was fab clean plenty of towels and bed was comfy

Amazing Hotel and location. In town for a gig at The Polar Bear Music Club. The staff are first class and nothing is too much trouble. Food was great,we enjoyed both evening meals and breakfasts. 10 mins in a taxi got us to the area we needed for the evening. A big thank you to the lovely Emma who not only sorted us out for our breakfast but found my gig T -Shirt that I had lost returning to the hotel the night before. Thank you so much,what a lovely Lady.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access over a bridge into the city. Parking was simple and only £7 for 24 hours. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the restaurant to eat and the food was tasty and pretty cheap.

We have been to many Premier Inn's, but this by far outdid all others. Grant, who welcomed us on our first night, along with Katie, made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to look after us. He made our weekend wonderful. It is super clean, the food is beautiful and the service is second to none. Anyone who is wanting a good base in Hull should make it here. Especially if Grant is working. He was outstanding. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to find. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, plus staff were to hand to assist. We'd definitely return for another stay.

Fantastic staff. Clean immaculate room. Great view . Great value for money. Stupidly booked the wrong date. Receptionist was very understanding and so helpful. No problem whatsoever. Had a lovely stay. Couldn't of asked for anything more. Definitely stay in this hotel again. 10/10
