Was waiting at the bar, an older woman with a top that had red hearts with black got served before me even tho I was at the bar before her. The bar maid went to serve me first then said to me that lady was before me. customer service has definitely gone out the window with admiral of Humber in hull. I will not be going in again

This was our third visit to Hull and we found the hotel to be as good as ever. Rooms are very comfortable and I would say are at least as good or even better than Premier Inn. The added benefit is having a Wetherspoons on the doorstep! Every member of staff we met was very helpful once again and I would no worries about staying at a Wetherspoons hotel in future.

Elliott has been such a good sport, he was so good with all. Really nice to us all. I would like to recommend him for a an esentive as he was so helpful with our group of girls and so happy no trouble was too hard for us. He was so happy in job qnd so helpful.

Just been in today sat having drinks with girlfriend I had to visit the men’s room on way back I was approached by a member of the staff and told I was banned I said why she replied you have said something inappropriate to a lady I said I have said nothing to any one I did ask to speak to the manager he said the member of staff had gone home I said look at the camera footage they released it was not me and said sorry but I was not happy with the response and he said you a banned and never come in again I was very upset missed my bus I went back in and asked him to pay for a taxi to get me home he said no by this time I was angry the manager and a member of staff leave the pub and never come back I have been mistreated by Witherspoons

Have just stayed here for one night for work. I usually stay in the Double Tree, but it was full and everywhere else was fully booked. I admit, I was dubious about staying here as I'm not usually a fan of Wetherspoons in general, but I was surprised. The room was £67 for one night. Didn't include breakfast, but there is cheap enough breakfast available in the pub downstairs. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the shower was great. Check in was quick and easy, and the lad checking me in was very friendly and helpful. I was worried about it being noisy, being above the pub and on a main road, but it was very quiet and I slept well. Overall, decent enough stay and good value for money.

In for dinner had the Christmas dinner was excellent good service but think it should have sprouts I know this is not the pub’s fault but I’m sure if Tim asked Jeremy he would grow him sum But that’s my opinion will definitely be back again in Hull for work for a few days

Quite a few years, a lot in fact. tried again, what a delightful turn around The place looks to of spruced up. No sticky floors. Quick service. Seated ourselves, food arrived, no issues what's so ever, the three of us, really enjoyed our meals. A big thumbs ups, I'll be back!!

We’ve stopped here numerous of times before in the past 7 years. We haven’t been for for about 3/4 years the beds before was the most comfortable thing to sleep on it was a king size in the family room now it’s a double and feels like sleeping on the floor 2 nights we stopped here and my back in agony and the pillows we had felt like we only had 1 that sunk to nothing when in fact we had 3 and still felt like it wasn’t enough we never stop anywhere else in hull as this hotel used to be amazing now it’s gone down hill why the change? Everything had dust on it the carpet was dirty a shame really as it used to be an amazing hotel

Pleasant stay at the Admiral of the Humber. Spacious room, big comfy bed, adequate storage space, efficient TV and all very clean. Well appointed bathroom with a large walk in shower. Although on a busy road and a busy pub our room was really quiet. Good plentiful coffee/ tea making facilities. Highly recommended.
