The hotel's address is convenient. You can take a bus from the airport to the nearby entrance in just eight words. There are large supermarket delivery companies and Korean supermarkets nearby. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the Thames River, where you can take a walk. It is three steps along the river and the scenery is very beautiful. There are also small markets in Thanai and there are passenger planes. I will stay again.

I spent two nights at TRAVELODGE London Kingston upon Thames. The staff at the check in desk are the reason I keep going back. On this occasion Irina helped me with some last minute issues I had. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always smiling and eager to assist. A true asset to the hotel. Thank you!

My stay was fantastic, thanks to Shefali. She was welcoming and efficient at check-in, while Kaushal provided excellent service and delicious food. Their outstanding hospitality made my stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had to give at least 1 star to be able to press next. How do I describe this place? On arrival I was greeted by a “lady of the night” walking out of this hotel. It seems even she didn’t want to stay. In reception was a man who appeared to be from Breaking Bad with a young child. It was 22:30 at the time! This gentleman was holding a joint. The lady in reception was very nice and although travelling along for business asked several times if I would need additional keys for “guests?” Clearly I would never admit to anyone I stayed here. The bed was made of two children’s singles pushed together which made ikea furniture appear luxurious. I wedged a chair against the door as an early warning system whilst hearing a riot continuing in the hallway. This hotel California is worse than the song suggests. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere….your life is worth it!

Our stay was perfect, had a very professional and warm welcome with a big smile from a lady called Irina..She was extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. Hotel is based in a good location not far from Kingston station. Will definitely be back here again!
