Travelled on my own this time due to a family emergency stayed overnight no complaints I knew what I was signing up for budget hotel basic reasonably price and above exceptional service from Asif who always remembers me and the family every time we stay

Originally booked Dudley town centre family room as a birthday surprise for my partner and her daughter, who is severely autistic. Planned for this hotel as we were visiting Dudley zoo castle next day. All a surprise.. however when we arrived late from Liverpool we discovered travelodge had outbooked us and there was no room available for us. This was 1.10 am, my step daughter didn’t understand this and kept wanted to get out the car and go to bed. This hotel was deliberately booked for its location we were then sent to Kingswinford travel lodge finally getting into our room at 2.15 am. After climbing up two flights of stairs with our luggage and directing my over tired and anxious step daughter. Travelodge ruined my plans for a surprise birthday night and next day as my step daughter’s mood was affected by their mess up.

Family visit again enjoyed every moment of the Black Country and extremely enjoyed our stay at the hotel always well looked after by the one and only Asif who is one of the main reasons we stay at the hotel he is what makes the hotel stay great for us without him we may not stay at this hotel great person and above exceptional people skills others could learn a lot from him

I stay at this particular Travelodge on a regular basis for work. On every visit, it has always been clean, comfortable and I always get a friendly reception. Spacious rooms with plenty of parking available with nearby shops and restaurants.

What a pleasure to be greeted by Asif again on our recent visit, such a pleasant and helpful guy! The rooms here are clean and functional, but they are comfortable and we always have a good sleep. This visit our room had the most amazing traditional coving and ceiling rose! We keep returning because the location is handy for where we need to be and also because if staff like Asif!
