The staff here are the loveliest, kindest, and most caring people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home, picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry terminal during our short first stay in Kinmen, and feeding us with a sumptuous breakfast. The hotel is truly nestled away from the 'city centre' which allows for the space and grandeur of the building, and affording us the peaceful quiet of its environment we were searching for. Thanks a ton to Doris, Li, Lee and the team for your hospitality - we will be back!

This trip to Xiamen was arranged via the "Mini Three Links" from Kinmen. The Kinmen itinerary included 3 days and 2 nights, with accommodation at the Kinmen Shimei Resort. The facilities and services were excellent (a triple room had 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen). A special commendable aspect was the breakfast service; the chefs and staff provided detailed explanations on how to heat the food to enhance its flavor. It showed a genuine dedication to serving guests (this embodies the spirit of Kinmen – hospitality and treating tourists like family and friends) – truly admirable! The only drawback was the resort's remote location (far from Kinmen city, the airport, and Shuitou Wharf). Improvements in facilities and services are needed – such as free airport shuttle service and discounted taxi/motorcycle rentals. These are just my personal opinions, suggestions, and thoughts; I hope they are helpful. Finally, I wish everyone a happy, safe, and enjoyable trip!

We visited relatives and friends in Kinmen. The guesthouse was quite remote, but the staff were nice. We stayed in a six-person room, which was good because it had two single beds, making it a good choice for families with adults. However, there was only one remote control for the four air conditioners and only one toilet, which was inconvenient. The room heating was sometimes on, but sometimes not, which needs improvement. Overall, it was not bad.

The service was excellent, the room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable and I could get a good rest. It's not in the city center so it was quiet and comfortable to sleep at night. A highly recommended accommodation!

The hotel room has two bedrooms and a living room, which feels as comfortable as being back home. However, the location is a bit remote, making it inconvenient to get late-night snacks.

Having stayed in an apartment hotel before, I wanted to try it in Kinmen, but I was a little disappointed. The room was a bit small, and the air conditioner made a knocking sound, so I didn't sleep well all night! Breakfast was a buffet, and the service at the counter and in the restaurant was very good!

The receptionist was very kind; she helped us order takeout and even gave us two free drinks since we hadn't ordered any. We were very grateful! 🙏🏻 The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very friendly and had excellent service.

The service was great, they offered pick-up and drop-off, and the staff were very friendly.

Three people stayed in two rooms. The space was well used, except that the bathroom was a little small. Although the buffet meals were not as varied as those in big hotels, they were very tasty and healthy. They were not greasy and we were very full. The airport drop-off and pick-up were great, which was really rare.

The room and breakfast are very good. The front desk auntie has a good service attitude, thoughtful arrangements, and detailed explanations of various issues. I will stay here again next time I go.

The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, beautiful environment, moderate location, rich breakfast and warm attitude of the hotel staff.

It's a bit remote and it's dark nearby, so you have to have a car to get in and out. Although I pressed "Do Not Disturb" the night before, I went out for a whole day the next day, and when I came back at night, I didn't take out the trash or clean at all. Could it be that "Do Not Disturb" = "Do Not Clean"? ? I was shocked. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and B&Bs, and I have never encountered this situation. In addition, there is an unsolvable problem in the bedroom: the red security light on the ceiling is very bright, right above the bed, and it shines directly into my eyes late at night, making it impossible to fall asleep. The curtain fabric is thin and cannot cover the light from the eaves outside, which is also a problem. The only advantage is that the room is large.
