Golden Tulip Kin-Oasis Kinshasa

The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is located in a poor and extremely dirty neighbourhood. Access to and from the airport is severely affected by traffic congestion, with journeys often taking three to five hours, so considerable patience is required. Despite being part of a major hotel brand, the staff’s professionalism falls far below the standard one would expect. They appear unable to handle situations effectively and refuse to take responsibility when problems arise. The hotel may be better suited to guests already familiar with the local conditions and service standards. For international travellers expecting service consistent with the brand’s reputation, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Kin Oasis. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well located. What made the experience truly special was the professionalism and kindness of the entire team, always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the high level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay. The hotel is brand new and very luxury I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Kinshasa, and I will definitely come back again.
