I think the hotel was previously a Kempinski, some of the towels and robes had the logo. The location next to the river is nice, if you can get a room facing that side. The pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities are good. There are 3 ATMs in the lobby, giving out USD and a Vodacom and clothes store.

It was very nice and amazing

The hotel is the best in Kinshasa. It can reach the level of the old and weak five-star hotels in China. The Congo River is outside, and the scenery is invincible.

The interior design is beautiful and the food is spectacular. Staff were nice and understood both French and English. The main hall is very spacious and the toilets were clean and didn’t have a bad odour. I’d rate my experience a 5/5 and I hope future customers feel the same way

I had a fantastic experience at Fleuve Congo Hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the gym and pool were perfect for relaxing or staying active. The staff were friendly and attentive, with Nagen, in particular, standing out for his exceptional service. He made sure everything was taken care of, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food, including breakfast, was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Kinshasa!

lovely experience, well furnished rooms. Pity you have to pay more to get a room with a view on the river, never heard of paying extra for a room with a view. food and drinks - experience was good but expensive.

The best hotel ever with highest standing and service. Very clean, food very healthy and different restaurants available which makes a huge difference. The 5 stars are well deserved. The security personnel is very friendly. The gym is just waou !

They need to improve on breakfast we requested for breakfast due early check out but it was not good . The breakfast wasn't worth usd 32 that we were charged . This are important request which travellers need to see the value of their money.

Excellent tropical fruits at breakfast, although disappointing coffee; other meals and drinks are expensive (downtown New York prices). Excellent check-in staff with no language issues. A very secure hotel, good views of the Congo River from the higher floors, internet and AC worked well. Recommend if you can afford (but rather too many guests in suits for my liking).

Prices are really high, not even NY or Miami have such a expensive prices for what you get. Plate of small pasta 38$ feels like a scam, specially in a poor country where I am sure staff dont earn that much.

Having breakfast at hotel was a delight!! Food tasty, vary good coffee. Miguel who took care of us, was friendly, very attentive!! A wonderful Sunday morning breakfast!! FLEUVE is the place for a relaxing and delicious breakfast during weekend!!

Regarding my stay I would like to make it Clear that the staff are very friendly, but they lack professionalism as the Staff manager or metre d’hôtel Mr “Jany” cannot differentiate between an American coffee and an espresso coffee. Adding that he made it well clear that the Hotel doesn't have a classic espresso machine and they only use Nespresso capsules which is not the case as the Espresso machine is on the lobby Bar @ Michel's counter " The Bar Tender”. When I went to the terrace to order no one came to take my order and when I asked for someone the cashier came to me and oriented me to the pool Restaurant explaining that it is not possible to place an order at that time. i asked twice are you sure that the restaurant over the pool will receive orders at that time he said yes and the sad news if after going there they said sorry sir you should return to the terrace as we don't receive orders at this time it was 9:30 pm This is not an Hotel It's a circus. Regarding the Pool Restaurant It Took The chef 3 plates to make a medium rare piece of Fillet. regarding the Client satisfaction i made a complain at the front desk and no one reverted to me even after leaving my Phone number and requested to meet with someone in charge. Knowing that it was not my first time at Fleuve Congo I say it Clearly the level of professionalism decreases every visit. I was not happy at all
