First time I am writting a review but that was really the worst experience of host communication in the service sector. The first night there was no hot water, full bin of rubbish in the toilet, a broken radiator in the room, a bathroom full of cobwebs. The next day, after telling the host she blamed us for all these things for not telling her without taking any responsible for herself. Even after that the rubbish was not taken away because she thought we threw it ourselves. After all she even did not apologize for all these inconvenience but called me an inslonet person. The communication with the host was the most unpleasant one I have ever encountered.
