Good points
•The room was very clean
•The bed was fluffy
•The sink, toilet, and bath area had heated floors (it was warmer than the room, so I left the door open)
•The access to the tourist spots was good
•The soaps smelled nice
Other points that surprised me or disappointed me
•There was a 50 euro deposit (I think this is normal overseas)
•For some reason I paid 10 euros when I checked in (I don't speak English, so I don't really understand, and there was no sign of paying on site when I paid in advance)
•There was no crosswalk to cross to Europark across the street, so it was a long detour
•I wish they had a kettle that could boil water instead of Nescafe
•The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted (I tried to turn it up because it was a bit chilly, but the temperature couldn't be changed up or down)

Beautiful hotel, you can tell that it is still quite young, the building is rather sparsely furnished and the instructions on the signs are very unclear. The tap was live, when washing hands you got a big smack. The breakfast for €25 per person I found quite sparse, a lot of choice, but few fresh products.

Just left this hotel after 4 nights with family. It is very clean, neat, and efficient. More than anything else though the staff is phenomenal. In particular, Justin, the maitre de of the restaurant, was incredibly helpful and informative. Each night I enjoyed speaking with him. The other staff was also incredibly helpful. Also, the hotel restaurant was wayyyy better than a hotel restaurant. Truthfully, the best food we had in Salzburg…and we had a lot of good food. Prices are very fair and the food was so good. Especially loved the schnitzel and the giant pancake dessert. While the location is distant from any restaurants (bar the mall), it is conveniently located for transportation.

Great hotel outside the tourist zone but very easy to get 2. You can take S2 or S3 trains from main train station to the hotel. Big bonus great mall close to hotel lots of great restaurants and a big grocery store. The rooms are comfortable and have amazing wifi. Breakfast is yummy and the staff are super friendly. The gym is amazing and HUGE lots of equipment. would definitely stay again.

Brand new hotel, with modern decoration both at the commom areas and at the rooms. We stayed in a triple room very well decorated and comfortable, with the additional bed near the window. the room had a triangle format that made it look smaller than it is. Staff was nice. The hotel does have a shopping mall near by, but they close early in Austria, so there are no other options with walking distance. Having said that, we use the hotel restaurant and had a good experience Location and price makes the main point. Is easily acessible to the center of Salzburg, but besides the mall and the red bull stadium there is nothing near by.

Stay away from this hotel.the employers are almost human thrash in a uniform ,they have no idear of hotel business and they are being bullied from the manager all the time . especially one arab is very scary and with heavy criminal record.the rooms are small and dirty.

To be truly honest, before I booked the hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The hotel was brand new and did not have photos that looked realistic. I’ve also read some dissatisfaction reviews, but I booked it. And I didn’t make any mistakes. The hotel was brand new, everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and fast. This combo you for sure want from a hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing for us. It was right next to the shopping center and IKEA, so if we wanted to eat out, we didn’t have to go far. There were a bunch of restaurants in the shopping center. I think that everyone is travelling to Salzburg to see the city center, and it wasn’t that far away from the hotel, just like 5 mins of walk to the bus station which was right in front of the shopping centre and like 10 mins with the bus that had a stop right in the city centre. I do not recommend going with the car to the city center. There are not good-located parking spaces and they are also expensive. I’ve got out of my comfort zone, but it was totally worth it. I can only recommend this hotel and don’t listen to the bad comments, I did not have any major problems during the stay. Only a few little ones: 1. The doors were so heavy, but they told us that they are working on it to be easier to open 2. The doors in from the bathroom were self-closing 3. We did not get pairs of slippers, but we asked for them in the reception and we got them right to the room And if you like to workout the fitness is just breathtaking…

Actually a really nice hotel. You're impressed from the start. Rooms: Very nice, but the room sizes are a bit disappointing compared to the pictures. Facilities are top-notch. Staff: Long check-in process but very friendly. Location: In an industrial area, and if the adjacent train doesn't bother you - you can hear it quite well - then you can sleep. Unfortunately, not me. Breakfast & restaurant: Excellent; get there early in the evening! Otherwise you'll be charged before you've finished eating :) Prices: Very volatile. Drawback: I spend 40-50 nights in hotels in Salzburg. Always by car. €25 a day for a garage space (no alternative parking) is more than outrageous.
