Lovely hot with a bathtub! Location is good, room can get abit stuffy if you do not open the window. Bed is super comfortable!

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are generally clean. There's a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient. However, the bedside lamp in my room was broken. The staff said they needed to wait for a repairman, but the next day they claimed they couldn't find one. They offered to move me to a downgraded standard room, which I, of course, refused. After that, there was no further follow-up. 😡 Also, too many tour groups stay here, so there was no seating available for breakfast, and I had to sit at the bar. 🙄

It is a basic hotel just good enough for us to stay with a very good price including breakfast! Love it.

Location was good. Our rooms were ready early. It was quite busy so the lift was constantly busy and packed with people and suitcases so be prepared to use the steps which were fine. Hotel staff helped book us a larger taxi for the airport. The room was spacious but there were elastics and other garbage left in the bathroom from previous guests when we arrived.

I want to express my gratitude to the front desk guy called Nodi ( I hope I spell your name correctly). Thank you so much for your kind service and assistance. He is such a great person. Thank you for guiding me how to take the bus to the airport. The hotel room is great and my room view is superb. We saw the aurora night on the day we checked in.

The breakfast and location is good，it is very convenient to get to airport. But the room is a little bit old.

Check-in process is quick. The room space is good for 3 of us as one family. The view is snow mountain view which my wife love it. The bathroom come with bathtub is a favourite of my kid, he was enjoying his shower every time. A joker mart is just opposite of the hotel which make traveller very convenience.

Scandic is definitely a good choice to stay

Nice cosy room and comfortable bed. Bathroom comes with bath tub, which is great for relaxation. The breakfast is excellent with a wide spread of quality food, which I had for 3 days and still enjoyed it immensely. The polite staff clear the plates swiftly. The classy and cosy ambience of the Scandinavian designed restaurant makes the morning breakfast even more blissful. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance where one can find everything needed. The Joker supermarket is more like a local supermarket while the Asia supermarket finds other complimentary products such as Asian favour instant noodles. There is a food truck next to the Asia supermarket which serves delicious Asian food. The green curry rice with shrimp was very delicious. It was a wonderful 3 nights stay.
