The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.

The people are very kind here, which is awesome. The hotel is dated, but clean. They allowed our 2 dogs for $30 each instead of $75. Elsewhere. A nice continental breakfast in the morning got our day started.

Impeccable hotel. Staff takes pride in their property for sure. It was very clean and beautiful inside and out, will definitely come back when staying in the area!

I see that best Western is acquiring quaint and distinctive hotels in the northeast. We have stayed at the best Western Westfield Inn in New Jersey. We find this place to be quite similar with a certain charm and delightful service. We will come back again.

This hotel is centrally located in Mentor & close to everything. Hotel is a little dated but overall great stay. Staff was great, breakfast was included & room was clean. A little bummed the Lounge was closed on Sunday when I arrived but other than that no complaints.

Great customer service. Breakfast would have been awesome but was cold. Think they just forgot to turn the burners on at first. Food was delicious once we heated it up. Beds were small and loud noise from road caused for not a lot of sleep.

We have stayed here multiple times and have really enjoyed it. It would have received a slightly higher rating if they had taken the time to clean off the parking areas to make sure they are safe.

Give it a try
Hotel is a little outdated, but the staff, cleanliness, bed comfort, and breakfast was amazing. Only things I didn't like was the elevator and the shower. Shower head is for short people. I would definitely stay again. Also, there is a nice gaming/bar two doors down. Which was nice being able to walk and not drive after being in the car all day.
