The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Pool area was excellent. Services were great
Rooms are outdated with worn furniture. Smelled like an old basement
Curtains didn't cover windows.
Its hard to sleep when it looked like an alien abduction was happening

You get a whole lot for what you pay for. This is our go to place for our family vacations. The boys play basketball, mini golf, hang out at the pool, etc. It’s about a 25 min drive to universal and very close to Disney. We’ve stayed a bunch of times and we will be back

My stay was great until 1/21/24 checkout day. 7am the cleaning lady was in the room next door . We got awaken up to cabinets open and the door slamming open and shut. Our suite had a connect door to 501A and it wasn’t noisy at all until the morning I was to checkout of 501B . Like the cleaning person was purposely making noise to get us to checkout early

The room was excellent and spacious. What I didn’t like was that the second day a family moved in and I could hear them thru the wall by front door. Secondly, I had trouble w the WiFi and 3rd I thought I was getting a room w a regular shower not a jetted tub.

Was horrible checking in. My wife who is pregnant called about check in at 3pm. They told her we could come got there room wasn’t ready. Gave us wristbands to use amenities but guy at activity center called security and denied access. Finally after that was taking care of. We sat around until 6 when they finally had room available and it smells like mold or mildew

Good for the price needs a little maintenance paint clean a bit better and furniture in room could use update .
