Pet-friendly Hotels in Kissimmee

For the price I have absolutely no complaints. Got better than expected. The front desk was extremely helpful and maid service was there if I needed. Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.

Great and quiet, being next to Walmart made it really convenient

Usually we walk away from a property with a pretty decisive yay or nay feeling. We either loved it, or it wasn’t for us. We’re languishing this time because this one had high points and some that missed the mark for us. If anyone asked us if we’d recommend it, we think our answer would be to read some reviews, do your own research, consider your own preferences and make the choice you think is right for you. We made a 2 night reservation at 4 am on the day of check in for a queen, pool view room, as our preference (king) was sold out. No big deal. It was the pool view and balcony we were really after anyway. The website said we would receive an email confirmation, which never arrived. (Yep, checked the spam and found we missed many unique and one of a kind money making opportunities, but nothing from Margaritaville). When I called the reservation number to inquire, I found they opened at 8 am. Odd there was no 24 hour reservation help, but okay. Screen shot with confirmation number is what it is. When I called at 8 am, our reservation was verified (yay!). There was no offer to email the reservation but an offer was made to transfer us to the cabana rental staff so we could secure a cabana for the next day. Yes- Sign us up! No one answered and we rang back to the desk who apologized and gave us the number to call. Gave it some time and called at about 8:30. This time we were able to leave a voice mail. We also sent an email to the email address left on the voice mail. We like options. Finally, midmorning, we called and someone answered. It was no problem to get a cabana. We were asked what type of location we preferred and selected the landlocked option, which was indeed the best choice for us. One should note that “On The Water” and “Stars on the Water” are literally 100% poolside. Like hang-on-the-edge-of-the-pool-and-almost-have-an-arm-in-your-cabana on the water. If privacy is your goal, these might not be for you. If you want to step right into the pool, this is your spot. After we made the reservation, we received an email invitation to enroll in the Perks program, and were asked to select 2 perks. We selected 2 free drinks and some type of welcome snacky box. While it could have been our error, we did see in another review where these things were presented to the guest upon check in. In our case, it was never acknowledged or obtained. We arrived for check in. When we pulled into the parking lot, we received a push notification that we could check in using the app (yay! We love this option), which we had downloaded before we left home. Still, there was no way to link our reservation or anything (oh no, we don’t like this!). The app was basically static information with no functions that we were able to unlock for the entire duration of our stay. I've been checking in with them almost every week, everytime I get an off coz my daughter loves their pool and I love the fact that they have hot swimming pool which is good for me and my daughter! If they have a membership, I'll be their number one member!

No breakfast, no room cleaning, the carpet is slightly dirty, the quilt is a little thin, but it’s good to be quiet. It’s safe enough. It’s not far from Disney. I want to experience the feeling of staying at the hotel.

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

A cost-effective hotel, because the room rate is cheap, there is a microwave oven this praise, everything else is quite satisfactory, breakfast is basically the same every day, there are fruits, can only fill the stomach, the taste is really not good, there is a shuttle to the park Although the time is not very good, if you want to save the fare, it is a good choice.

If not for the cleaning/support staff who were extremely gracious, kind and apologetic, I'd rate this property and experience a zero! The cleaning/ support staff gave all they could but had nothing of any real value to work with. I preface to say that husband is a disabled Veteran with a bad back, hips, knees. We traveled by car from Montgomery AL to Kissimmee FL for my jobs leadership retreat. The property was booked by a colleague for the group; he was extremely regretful, apologetic and embarrassed upon his/our arrival. We checked in, paid, and proceeded across the street to our room in the ”ghetto”! Rough environment and way below standards but we took one for the team and thought we'd stay. My husband struggled to get up the stairs and enlisted help to get our bags upstairs. Once inside, though very old and dated, we could have managed if not for the worn out mattresses, the dirty couch, and a sunken jacuzzi that my husband could never climb in and out of. I called the front desk, told they were fully booked, could not move us, and refused a refund so that we could find suitable accommodations. We then went to the front office with a colleague where we were disrespected, talked over and confronted. I explained my husbands limitations, it didn't matter. We asked to see a Manager whose behavior was no better. We found that they flat out lied as suddenly they found a 1st floor room in what was a renovated side of the property across the street with a walkin shower. We accepted as we could not afford to walk away and rent another room for two days and lose what we'd paid to them. We moved our things to this room and the bed, chairs, couches worn out; we almost fell through the seats when we sat down. Support staff brought a new mattress from another apartment; the box springs squeaked and squealed all night as they were worn out. This was the renovated room! It was not clean. I cleaned the shower. The toilet was nasty, they cleaned it. I felt dirty and grossed out to shower, sit, or lay down. We went to bed at 0200 waiting for them to find a mattress that wasn't worn out. They continued to refuse the refund. We toughed it out but my husband has been seeing a Chiropractor since that trip 7/15-7/17. We paid $376.48 for 2 days of filth, discomfort, and disrespect! Surrounding hotels were cheaper with the accommodations we needed for my husband to be comfortable. We were too tired to enjoy ourselves while there and I wouldn't advise anyone stay there, nevertheless disabled Veteran's! There is no ability to accommodate disabled Veteran's at this property nor do I think they care to. Take your business elsewhere! I'm appalled at the way we were treated, blatantly lied to, disrespected by the front office staff! Way below standards for anyone with standards. BEWARE!

Just joined the Marriott Group hotel, although the facilities are updated, it is still not good, the bathroom is very small, cramped! The pool slide is OK, no one is serving, the chair is not enough, no towels are provided, and the management level needs to be improved.

Good location, clean and fresh looking hotel. However we chose this hotel based on the pictures of the poolside. Don’t be fooled, there are ten loungers for this hotel of 400 rooms. Good luck getting one. With a resort fee, one would hope they could acquire just a FEW more. Wont likely be back.
