This hotel is located on a hill, which makes it a tranquil resting location. But the best way of getting here is by driving. The rooms are large but the lighting could be improved. Most basic amenities are available including laundry. There are hot springs available here for people who enjoy it.

Its up in the mountain, pretty relaxing but the drive up always kills the petrol.

Good location up on a hill close to Aeon Rycom but you must have a car, sea view room, nice onsen on-site, half-board meals were so so, for the price no complain.

I had a relaxing stay at EM Wellness Kurashino Hakko Lifestyle Resort. It was peaceful! The hilltop location offers a beautiful city and sea view, and having free self-parking made it easy to explore with a rental car. Loved the fresh organic food.

Amazing food, onsen and room size . This hotel is a hidden gem with everything great in it. Location can be tricky and unfortunately the reservation department didn’t reply about the local bus from Aeon to EM WELLSNESS, sono tried to walk from Aeon to the hotel , got lost and fortunately à local person drove me there . Still I highly recommend due the great services, food and accommodation.

1. Food choices in in-hse restaurants / cafeterias were very limited. 2. Facilities also limited, only Gym & Saunas. 3. As hotel was way out from town, inconvenient if guests were to travel for food, shopping or visits places of interests. 4. TV programmes all in Japanese channels, no international programmes to suit international / English -speaking guests. 5. Translations to signages / food menu, etc very limited. 6. Positive point is free/parking is available.

This is a good place but a lot of people come so finding a table for breakfast is kinda hard plus they had vegan options for snacks room was clean though

Food is great View is not as expected. it is quite far from everything Sento is good

An interesting hotel located on top of the hill, room is spacious, facility is a bit dated but clean. The bed could be better, but it is fine for a couple on nights. It has sufficient free parking facility, room charge included the spa fee which is nice. I went on the Public holiday weekend, so I got a room looking at the staircase. Breakfast offers a decent selection and healthy is their theme.

The bakery shop is highly recommended to visit even if you are not staying in this hotel. Room is old, public bath close early in the evening.

Common hotel with great breakfast and spa

It was great to make an effort for my health, and it was really nice to be able to use the hot springs. However, the location is on a hill, so it is difficult without a car.

The breakfast quality is very high and satisfying. Overall, it's a hotel that promotes good health. I wish the baths were open a little later (until 10 PM).
