And the customer service is next level . They will pick u from anywhere in situation if you forget your way back home . You just. Need to call them. And they also do shopping on your behalf if you need some groceries. This all service is free without any charge. My given photo is view from the hotels window. "我們定了這家酒店五一期間價格也還可以看着很漂亮也是新開的。到了酒店我還挺驚喜因為我沒仔細看他是那種很大的園林風格景色還不錯而且私密性也不錯。大的缺點也是走的太遠了而且指引不強有時候找一個地方不太好找。房間挺漂亮的很舒適，隔音也不錯這點倒是和她推薦的很一致很好。 優點説完説缺點，前台很小一個，服務人員不多而且感覺沒怎麼培訓好。一些娛樂休息室還沒有裝好就在那裡半開放的狀態亂糟糟的在下面 ，洗衣房很小衹有三台設備，其實多弄幾個地方挺好的。酒店餐廳晚上七點多就關門了五一期間這麼早就關門我覺得挺離譜的。最讓我失望的就是温泉酒店的温泉衹有幾個池子不是活水，五一也不是全部開放，就衹開了四五個，雖然池子挺大的，但是不是很好。而且裏面的沐浴更衣場所弄得很簡陋很小，完全不像這種園林大酒店的風格。最讓人糟心的是温泉晚上六點到十點開放，九點去到的時候人還不少，浴巾已經沒有了一羣人在那裡不知所措到處找，酒店也沒有反應。一大桶用過的浴巾就放在那裡也沒人處理沒有人送新浴巾。等我差不多十點鐘還是沒有給前台打電話他説沒有就是沒有了，我問他怎麼辦他説祝你生活愉快，你覺得可以愉快嗎呵呵。在晚上的時候我已經打電話詢問也不會帶拖鞋浴袍這些房間有的東西，他信誓旦旦跟我説那邊都有不用帶。結果就是沒有了，而且沒有補救措施。我不覺得五一人多是一個什麼藉口你就應該有人在那裡管理跟進，五一人多你不應該勤換洗嗎做好服務 ，而且人真的沒有那麼多吧。衹能讓人濕着身子回去然後感冒這是你中高檔温泉酒店做的事情嗎。就算你在的這個地方人沒有這麼多但是你做了這個東西就應該把服務還有設施都做好 如果有泡温泉的朋友還是推薦把自己房間浴袍帶上，那邊淋浴間不是很美麗而且人多的話臟亂也沒人清理可以回房間收拾 如果不算温泉這個酒店還可以，甚至你沒有温泉我都還能接受。但是設個體驗感很差我還感冒了我就覺得很不好了"
