"Everything was top notched in this hotel ! Check in was a breeze and the lift took us to 57 storey! High unblock river view was breathtaking, the bed was comfortable and has extra sofa at window side. Layout is good and spacious with dedicated attention to details. Called reception for extra water and within minutes it came. Breakfast spread has variety of choices but we had little time left as the waitress told us it closes at 10am. Best thing, it is situated very near walking street and Hai Xin Guang Chang. Highly recommended although price is steep, but will return someday. Hopefully Grand Hyatt will drop its prices.."

"For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!"

Room is clean.However, the room that I stayed is near the road so I can hear the sound from the road and it is hot as well."

"I met up with friends at Shumuling and stayed at the Morinzhen Hotel at night. When I checked in, my room card was taken away by my friend first, so the lady at the front desk swiped the elevator card for me and was very warm and welcoming throughout the whole process. The room was very clean and tidy. There are a lot of delicious food nearby. My friend drank too much and vomited and ruined her clothes. The room attendant didn't mind the trouble at all and helped us wash and dry the clothes and sent them back. I was really touched and felt the warmth of home while away from home. "This trip to Changsha was purely a spur-of-the-moment decision, so I kept thinking about where to stay on the high-speed rail. Niccolo and Park Hyatt both lacked some imagination, and I also thought about 6,500 or something, but finally decided on Changsha Youdu. It was almost 1 a.m. when I arrived at the store. The front desk guy was polite and gave me a fruit plate. Overall, Changsha Youdu is a representative of the Instagram style, plus the theme of the book, which can more or less hit the point of some people. 1. Geographical location. The location is not bad, No. 93 Zhongshan Road, Changsha South Station taxi to about 37 yuan (return trip too). There are many hotels around, various styles, including Xiangjiang Hotel 1968, which is also within 200 meters. The building is easy to recognize, clean, and Instagram style. Looking out the window, you can see the IFS building, which is theoretically very close. It only costs 11 yuan to take a taxi to the Provincial Museum (15 yuan for the return trip). 2. Internal facilities of the room. The volume of about 50 rooms should be a renovation of a residential building. The interior decoration style is very obvious, the materials are also quite exquisite, the air conditioning is OK, the sound is within an acceptable range, and a large projection is made with a XGIMI box opposite the bed, so I continued the habit of lying down and watching movies to spend the weekend. Because it is a suite, the space is OK. The shower room and the bathroom are set separately. The shower is a bit slow to get hot water in the early morning, but it is OK during the day. The water pressure and water volume are OK, but when switching between the movable shower and the ceiling shower, there is no hot water for more than 10 seconds, so I simply use the movable shower again. This is the only shortcoming. The mattress and bedding are OK, and there will be no discomfort. There are many settings for various lighting (curtain) modes in the room, which basically meet the needs of various scenarios. 3. The accessories and Dyson hair dryers, tea bags, snack bags, etc. are OK. 4. As for sound insulation, it may be because I live on the 7th floor (top floor). Although there is an elevator door at the door, I don’t feel the sound of people walking or the opening and closing of the elevator door. Occasionally, there are people talking in the corridor, and they are just one or two sounds. 5. Breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast grid is creative and not wasteful, and the noodles are very heartwarming. I didn't get the afternoon tea because of my own problems, but I believe the product is not bad, because there was a small cake in the grid that tasted good in the morning. 6. The setting and feeling of the public area on the first floor are good. The restaurant space on the second floor is quite design-oriented. Although the gym is small, there is also a space for children to play. It is better in terms of care; the laundry room is closed and not entered. 7. The surrounding facilities, the earth stove of the grandfather's house downstairs is delicious, and many locals come. The sauerkraut pig blood soup and the pot of local pork are delicious (one person ordered these), and I believe the others are also delicious. 8. Team. It can be seen that the operator of the entire hotel is a cultural person with a certain humanistic sentiment, not a pure businessman who is only interested in profit. The employees are all decent (including the big sister who is responsible for cooking noodles for breakfast). Even when leaving the store, a little brother was embarrassed to tell me that he hoped to have a comment. In a word, it is a group of people who want to serve guests and run the hotel well with their own hands.
