Find Dalian Hotels with Kitchens

"Unable to secure a twin room at the Four Seasons, and with our elderly family members specifically requiring separate beds, we instead booked Fraser Suites' largest three-bedroom apartment. We were assigned to the 21st floor (out of 25, a minor disappointment as it wasn't one of the top two floors). The apartment featured an L-shaped layout, which felt a bit unusual. The master bedroom had a king bed, while the other two bedrooms had a queen bed and two single beds, respectively. Without floor-to-ceiling windows, the visual impression of space felt a little constricted. The layout of the living and dining areas wasn't ideal and could benefit from an upgrade or rearrangement. The open-plan kitchen was tastefully designed, and both a washing machine and dryer were conveniently located next to the fridge. However, the range hood's ventilation wasn't very effective. The use of Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe for bathroom fixtures suggests a relatively high investment in the property's hardware. We had requested mouthwash and a variety of pillows during booking, and thankfully, these requests were eventually met, partly due to the booking platform's coordination. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, offering a perfect balance of softness and support – a truly unexpected highlight. The swimming pool was the most satisfying feature. The water temperature was a bit on the cool side, and while its length was acceptable, it was rather narrow. The depth, ranging from 0.9m to 1.5m, was fine, though I did graze my toe on the pool floor in the shallowest section. The changing rooms were excellent, complete with hot and cold plunge pools and both wet and dry saunas. Plus, they had Dyson hairdryers, which were far superior to the ones in the apartment. **Points for improvement:** 1. The toothpaste provided was Meijianjing, which seemed out of place for a hotel of this caliber. 2. After checking in, we discovered there was only one hairdryer for three bedrooms. Furthermore, it was one of those models that require you to continuously hold down the handle to operate – a type I'd never encountered before. After calling room service, they simply provided another identical, awkward hairdryer. Why not the Dyson ones found in the gym changing rooms? 3. The toilet paper was incredibly thin and rather rough. For a property of this standard, one would expect at least Kleenex-quality tissue. 4. The living room television was too small and had poor picture quality; it definitely needs an upgrade. 5. There weren't enough waste bins, and their placement was inconvenient. 6. Out of the three bathrooms, only the master bathroom featured a non-standalone bathtub, which was awkwardly placed inside the shower cubicle, making it very inconvenient to use. What's more, there was a small, completely empty room right next to it with no facilities at all. 7. The wardrobe hangers were not suitable for delicate clothing, as there were no padded or silk hangers provided. Overall, while it offers excellent value for money, it doesn't quite qualify as a luxury hotel apartment, falling more into the category of an entry-level five-star property like a Shangri-La or Hilton."

"Due to business needs, there are many hotels in Jinpu New District, but this one is the best, no doubt about it. It's always a pleasure to see each other! The service is thoughtful and the breakfast is rich. Thanks to the front desk staff for their thoughtful service!"

"Unfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite. The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel."

"A hotel worthy of praise, the customer service is very considerate, the service is very warm, the room is very quiet, and the soundproofing is very good. The suite has a washing machine and a microwave, which is very convenient for traveling with children. The children are very happy. There are lollipops and snacks at the front desk. The children go to get candy every day. Thank you 🙏 There are also bunnies in the room. Very warm."

"The hotel is in a commercial district with convenient transportation and ordering takeout. The interior environment is also very clean. There are many places to eat and play nearby. It is a little far from the subway station, but it is only a ten-minute walk away. The front desk is very friendly. 🤪 A very cost-effective accommodation experience"

"📍 Location, location, location This hotel is in a prime spot, about 3 miles from some of Dalian’s top attractions like Xinghai Square, Venice Water City, and Dalian Castle 🏰. Super convenient whether you’re sightseeing or just exploring the city. 😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved. Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry. 🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged. 🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel 🍳 Breakfast could be better This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic) 📦 Heads-up on delivery If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room. ✅ Final thoughts Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍"

"We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Shanmu and Zhenghuangqi dining areas. The lobby staff were very friendly; they proactively offered game tokens to our child when they saw him/her lingering near the claw machine, which made our child very happy. However, the cleanliness was truly disappointing. We arrived around 11 AM during peak season. Since our room wouldn't be ready until after 2 PM, we headed out to explore. That night, as I pulled back the duvet, something got on my hand. Upon closer inspection in the bathroom, it turned out to be a false eyelash. Further inspection of the bed revealed more remnants on the duvet cover. I called the front desk to request a duvet change, but was informed that due to full occupancy, they couldn't provide a spare duvet. It was only after I thoroughly explained the situation (pointing out multiple false eyelash remnants, not just one spot) that they agreed to change the duvet cover. The older male staff member who came to replace it was quite clumsy; the duvet cover was dragged on the floor multiple times, making for a rather poor experience. We stayed for two consecutive nights. On the second day, when the cleaning staff came, I noticed the room across the hall had just checked out and observed them emptying the trash bin directly into a large communal bin. Concerned about the hygiene, we subsequently declined daily room cleaning."

"This hotel is definitely a 5 star . It's near all restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English fluently. The rooms are spotless clean . There's a playground for small kids, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi . It is very convenient for a holiday if you are traveling ."

"This sea-view hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I stepped into the room, I felt instantly refreshed – the unobstructed, vast blue ocean stretched out before me. In the mornings, I could watch the sunrise slowly emerge from the horizon, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves. And in the evenings, I could enjoy the sunset painting the sky with gentle hues of orange and pink. The room offers an absolutely stunning view; even from bed, I could gaze at the sparkling sea and distant fishing boats sailing by. A gentle sea breeze, carrying a faint hint of salt, drifted in, making it so comfortable I never wanted to leave. Every photo I took looked like a postcard, making this absolutely the top choice for a seaside getaway!"

"1⃣️Service Very good, considerate, attentive and patient. I didn't want to go out, and they ordered coffee for me and sent it to the room. 2⃣️Environment The sea is right outside the door, and the balcony is where you can watch the sunrise. The pink curtains, white sheets, and warm lighting are so comfortable. 3⃣️Food Next to it is Pinhai Building, and there are coffee shops downstairs. You can stroll along the beach after dinner. 4⃣️Transportation Very convenient, Dalian Station, take the subway, Line 5, and arrive in 3 minutes after exiting the subway. 5⃣️Labrador The Labrador in the coffee shop is super docile. It recognized me after I stayed there for two days and played with me. In short, I sincerely recommend it!"
