"This year, I spent the Mid-Autumn Festival away from home, and the hotel surprised me with double-yolk mooncakes – it really made me feel at home. The lobby was spacious and elegant, perfect for working on my computer, with all the amenities I needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was quiet at night as it wasn't facing a main road. The outdoor balcony was a great spot to enjoy the breeze and admire the moon – fantastic! I bought drinks and beer to go with the complimentary mooncakes; it was simply perfect. Hotels that pay attention to detail like this are definitely worth recommending!"

"I didn't expect that my hometown Haifeng has such a good value for money hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't enjoy the stove-cooked tea set, but we were given two boxes of milk and snacks. Because we arrived early at noon, the front desk girl was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room, but the room by the road is still quite noisy at night. I hope that next time I go back, they can arrange a quiet room for us. The breakfast is very good, with hometown special snacks such as vegetable buns, millet, etc."

"To be honest, if it weren't for the good service from the receptionist, I would definitely have given a bad review. I wanted to soak in the hot springs, and seeing that Tianzi Mountain had them, I decisively booked a wooden cabin suite. However, upon arrival, it turned out the cabins didn't include the hot springs. To avoid disappointment, I had to pay extra to book a guesthouse there. We went to Donghai to see the Welcoming the God of the East Sea before going there, arriving around 5 pm with nothing to eat. The hotel reception signage wasn't clear, and we ran around for a while. Then, we found out the cabins didn't have hot springs, causing some confusion. Finally, we paid an extra 600 yuan, totaling over 1200 yuan, to finally get a spot in the boiler-heated hot spring. We waited three hours for them to boil the water, and when they released it at 10 pm, it was only half full. There were no places to eat nearby, and the restaurants within the scenic area were also out of food. We ended up having to catch a chicken from a local farm and have a hot pot. Very disappointing. In summary, the hotel's environment and facilities were okay, but some things weren't clearly stated. The service was lacking. Fortunately, the receptionist was helpful and proactive in resolving issues. I recommend calling ahead to confirm accommodation and dining arrangements before you go if you plan to stay at this place. Otherwise, it might be a bit of a hassle. The owner should also clearly state that your cabins do not have hot springs; otherwise, misunderstandings could arise, which could damage their reputation."
