For local specialties like donkey meat, Guangfu crispy fish, and braised pork knuckle, authentic shops are just steps away. It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and daily life, truly embodying the concept of ”staying in the scenic area and playing in the scenic area.” What touched us most was the owner's warm hospitality and willingness to help. From booking inquiries to check-in and check-out, the owner was patient and meticulous throughout, proactively providing information on the ancient city's routes, tips to avoid pitfalls, and the best photo spots. With our heavy luggage, the owner offered to help with carrying it; and when we had questions about the itinerary, the owner patiently answered and provided practical advice, treating us like family. The guesthouse also offers free pick-up and drop-off service within Guangfu City. Whether it's getting in and out of the ancient city, visiting attractions, or going to the parking lot, the owner is always there when needed, saving you the trouble of walking and finding a car. This is especially friendly to the elderly, children, and travelers with a lot of luggage. We arrived at the guesthouse at 11 pm, and the owner thoughtfully asked if we had arrived yet; it was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home. The guesthouse is clean, tidy, and of excellent quality. The overall decor is simple and cozy, without being overly commercialized, exuding comfort everywhere. The rooms are bright and airy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, changed after each guest, and odor-free. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is equipped with a smart toilet, convenient and hygienic – attention to detail is paramount. The rooms also have high-definition projectors, perfect for relaxing in the room after a night of sightseeing, watching movies or TV shows, creating a wonderful atmosphere and completely relieving travel fatigue. The courtyard is a major highlight of the guesthouse. Clean and elegant, with thoughtful landscaping, lush greenery, stone-paved paths, and a relaxing swing – perfect for basking in the afternoon sun, enjoying the breeze, listening to birdsong, and watching the dappled sunlight – it's incredibly soothing and therapeutic. The courtyard is spotlessly cleaned, making it a comfortable spot for taking photos or relaxing, a place you'll want to stay forever. "During the May Day trip to Shanghai, the ancient city of Guangfu was the final stop of this trip and found this newly opened homestay. The boss is warm and hospitable, pick up when you go, and send it when you go, and also introduce the attractions, delicious and fun, and help solve the needs. The room is large, the whole house is smart, fully functional, the hygiene is very good, the bed is soft and comfortable. Especially the suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a combed bed in the living room that can be opened if needed, which is very suitable for a family to live together. The location of the homestay is not far from the south gate and the east gate. The main attractions can be reached on foot and parking is possible nearby. In addition, there are a few shortcomings: the newly opened homestay still has some smell, the room does not supply bottled water, but there is bottled water in the lobby to be used, and then breakfast is not served, you need to solve it yourself. The overall flaws are not concealed, we are very satisfied with our stay."
