"This is my second time staying at this hotel, purely for the convenience! **Location:** You literally step out of the MTR station and you're at the hotel. Can it get any more convenient than that? The hotel also offers a shuttle service, though it doesn't run precisely on schedule to Tsim Sha Tsui. **WiFi:** The hotel provides free WiFi, which is great for uploading photos when you get back without using up your data. Thumbs up! **Value for Money:** I booked this through Trip.com, and it's an incredibly good value hotel. It's right next to the Hong Kong Coliseum, and it's only about 2 kilometers to Victoria Harbour. You can take a leisurely stroll after dinner and enjoy the night views – perfect!"

Situated in SKYCITY of Hong Kong International Airport, Regala Skycity Hotel is directly connected to AsiaWorld-Expo and 11 SKIES, a captivating retail, dining, and entertainment destination. With easy access to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link, the hotel provides unrivalled connectivity to the Greater Bay Area and Macau via land, and to the rest of the world via air. The hotel offers 1,208 guestrooms with comfortable and affordable luxury facilities and services that is ideal for MICE, weddings, social gatherings, staycations, as well as individual business and leisure travels. Each of the three restaurants with bars offer an array of exciting gastronomy experience curated by the passionate and dynamic team.

"A pleasant and convenient hotel located very close to Hong Kong International Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which makes it a good option for early flights or events nearby. I stayed here while attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo. It was very convenient, as the venue is close and reachable on foot, partly via covered walkways. There are a few basic options inside AsiaWorld-Expo, including a 7-Eleven and Starbucks, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The room itself is small but functional. The bathroom and shower are separate. There are two large towels and two small towels. The sink is located in the room, not inside the bathroom. Toiletries are provided, including toothbrushes, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. Everything was clean and well maintained. To avoid waiting until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, I was offered an early check-in with a twin room, which I accepted. The room felt quite compact, and the second bed takes up a lot of space, so it can easily become a luggage area if you are staying alone. In the room, there is a kettle, tea, a couple of tea bags, coffee, a safe, and bottled water. A carafe is provided, and you can refill clean drinking water on your floor. You just need to call reception by dialing zero, and they will tell you where the water dispenser is located on your floor. There is not much around the hotel at ground level. On-site, there is a restaurant serving breakfast, as well as vending machines with simple snacks, cookies, and soft drinks. For more options, you need to walk to the nearby shopping area or AsiaWorld-Expo. My room windows faced another hotel, the Marriott, so there was no view, but it was very quiet. No airplane noise at all, which was a nice surprise for an airport hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very practical for airport stays or nearby events. Everything worked well, and I would rate it 5 stars for convenience and functionality."

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok and West Kowloon Cultural District all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling alone.

"+ great location in Kowloon + the staff was friendly and reasonably helpful + the common area was not big, but quite comfy and comparatively highly frequented by fellow travelers - the room/bed had a certain smell of disinfectant to it (no mosquitos or bugs at least, guess it was working) - the room could use renovation: slightly larger beds, a new coat of paint on the walls and de-griming the shower could do wonders... (pictures in other reviews suggest that some rooms are already in better condition than mine) - the toilets seem to not allow flushing down toilet paper, it goes into a waste basket instead, which is not uncommon in East Asia..., but this was a really small toilet and the basket was without a lid - no towels or slippers were provided (free of charge) Summary: reasonable budget hostel in a great location, but whose facilities could use some maintenance"

"Environment: The sea view directly faces Victoria Harbour. We upgraded to an executive room and enjoyed a first-class sea view. Service: The executive lounge offers a full range of sandwiches, coffee, and tea, perfect for afternoon tea. It's very therapeutic to gaze at the sea and relax. Facilities: Everything you need is provided, including children's slippers. Only one bottle of drinking water was initially provided, but calling the front desk quickly got us two more. The laundry service was also quite responsive, and the clothes were washed very clean. Transportation is also very convenient, with the beach and Harbour City not too far to walk to."

"The Regal Hotel was the biggest surprise of our Greater Bay Area trip, exceeding all expectations! While an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the bedding and mattress were incredibly comfortable and soft. The absolute best part is its superb location in Causeway Bay, offering excellent transport links. We arrived from Zhuhai via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the A11 bus takes you directly to the hotel. For our return to mainland China, there's a CTS (China Travel Service) bus ticket office right next to the hotel entrance. You can buy tickets a day in advance for easy access to Shenzhen Port, Shenzhen Airport, and various cities in Guangdong. During our stay in Hong Kong, we walked to Sogo, Hysan Place, and Times Square, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. To get to Wan Chai Pier for the Star Ferry, you can catch a 'ding ding' tram right outside the hotel, and the MTR station is also very close, making getting around incredibly convenient. Finally, a special thanks to the hotel for providing a birthday cake 🎂 and red wine for my friend, which made for a wonderful birthday celebration in Hong Kong."

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service.

"We stayed at the Connaught Hotel Hong Kong from January 13th to 14th, and the entire experience was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, what truly stood out this time was the exceptional service from the hotel staff, especially an employee named Anthony – he was truly outstanding! During our stay, we tried to cast our phone screen to the TV but couldn't get it to work. When Anthony found out, he proactively offered his help, going back and forth to our room two or three times without hesitation, patiently trying different settings. To ensure we could successfully play videos from our phone, he even brought a new HDMI cable and connected our phone to the TV for us. Finally, it worked! Throughout the entire process, Anthony was extremely polite and thoughtful, explaining things very clearly, which made us feel really touched. His professionalism not only shone through personally but also reflected the high standard of service across the entire hotel. Thanks to Anthony's help, our stay was particularly enjoyable and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank Anthony for such excellent service! We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"

Hotel near Sha Tin,Hong Kong
The Regal Riverside Hotel is located in Shatin, within walking distance of New Town Shopping Plaza and close to the Sha Tin MTR station. This hotel offers a range of guestrooms with amenities including LCD TVs, mini bars and hairdryers. Some rooms offer views of the river. This Hong Kong hotel offers a range of function spaces which are suitable for celebrations, meetings, weddings and other events.Eight restaurants and two bars are also located on the premises and serve Cantonese, Italian, Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisines.Recreational options include a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool.

"The facilities are a bit old. The glass in the bathroom, which I used for brushing my teeth, chipped when my toothbrush lightly hit it. I was worried they'd charge me for it, but after explaining to the staff, thankfully, they didn't. I also struggled for a while with the shower; water was coming out of the tub faucet instead of the showerhead. I eventually had to call staff to fix it. The cleanliness was pretty good, quite tidy. For the environment, I booked a king-size room and found a children's bed upon entering. Waking up in the morning and opening the curtains, I could see people kayaking and training on the Shing Mun River nearby, along with morning runners – really giving off that slow-paced Hong Kong vibe. Service: The cleaning lady was very nice and always smiling. The younger staff at the front desk seemed a bit 'cool' (especially when they heard me speak Mandarin). Hotels in Hong Kong don't provide disposable toiletries (which I knew beforehand from the booking info); you have to pay for them if needed. Luckily, I always bring my own skincare products. The front desk also informed me about a shuttle bus service to West Kowloon Station for HKD 60. Hotel breakfast: Going at 9 AM, it was extremely crowded, and I had to wait to find an empty seat. The food quality was just okay; I didn't eat much. The mini pineapple bun was too hard, so I only ate half. Strangely, there was an abundance of fruit and cold dishes. The mixed sauce cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) wasn't good either. Perhaps it's just not what mainlanders are used to."
