"My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Jiaxing was absolutely wonderful! Rita at the front desk was incredibly efficient and welcoming during check-in. She had a constant smile and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast the next day was an even bigger surprise – so many varieties, fresh ingredients, and both Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground coffee and made-to-order pastries were especially outstanding. Next time I'm in Jiaxing, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"I was in Jiaxing for the weekend and chose the Shuyue Hotel in the Yuehe Historic District. It's a 6-7 minute stroll from the Yuehe River, which is quite close. The hotel's exterior isn't impressive, but the interior is nice; I forgot to take photos. The Shujing twin beds are both 1.35 meters long and can be joined together to create a king-size bed, perfect for a couple or a family trip. The room has separate wet and dry areas, the air conditioning is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"A hotel that must be given a 5-point rating. Although it is newly opened, the room does not smell as expected. It is intelligently equipped and has very good facilities. When you enter the room, you will receive a warm little card from the room attendant and a free gift. Small snacks and fruits, parking is also very convenient."

"This is the largest hotel within the Puyuan Scenic Area. I booked a 2,000 RMB suite, but overall, the experience wasn't great. There are many things to complain about, and combined with some management and dining issues throughout the scenic area, my impression of the visit wasn't the best. 😂 First, the room layout is truly strange. The bed faces the window directly, and the TV is off to the side. The bathtub is in the center with no privacy screen, and the toilet and shower rooms have frosted, semi-transparent partitions. Both the twin-bed and king-bed rooms have this design... Can they not consider guests who aren't couples? The disposable amenities were quite comprehensive, and the comb was nice. There's a small tea room for playing chess or reading. However, there was a used bath bag sticker left behind the bathtub that hadn't been removed, which was a bit off-putting and likely an oversight by housekeeping. 😢 The breakfast taste was truly unimpressive. Even the tea-boiled eggs didn't seem fresh, and the butter tasted very cheap. Plus, it was chaotic during Chinese New Year; with so many people, it was a mess. Is it normal to have long queues at the entrance and noodle station past 9 AM? The buffet's section layout was also very poor, leading to an extremely illogical flow for getting food. 🥀 Sometimes there's no staff at the shuttle bus stop. When you leave the hotel, you have no idea how long you'll have to wait, just standing there in the cold wind. Sometimes, guests tell the driver a specific attraction, and the driver doesn't know which stop is closest, leading to several back-and-forths. Is it really that hard to put up a map with station indicators in the waiting area?"

"The front desk staff were super friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade. They even called us beforehand to give directions and help us find the place easily. The hygiene was great, and the environment was lovely, right next to a scenic area. The lobby had various play zones, and the kids were so excited to see mahjong for the first time. For just over 100 RMB a night, it's incredibly good value for money!"

If you can’t walk anymore, call a tour bus at any time. The location of the inn is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the city and only a two- to three-minute walk from important attractions. There is a FamilyMart nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Currently, there are still many facilities that are not fully equipped and there are not many dining options. Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good."
