"Overall, I was generally satisfied with my two-night stay. The pickup service I booked was a pleasant surprise; the car was quite luxurious, which was a definite plus. The complimentary minibar (first round, as stated in the booking) was a nice touch, and it was replenished the next day, which was unexpected and appreciated. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded my room after I mentioned I'm a light sleeper and concerned about noise. However, there was a minor hiccup during check-in that caused some dissatisfaction. I arrived at 11 AM and was told my room would be ready after a 40-minute clean. But when I returned after lunch, past 1 PM, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes before checking in. I'm not sure if my room was overlooked or if there was a communication issue with housekeeping. Additionally, there were some minor cleanliness issues: the electric kettle had stains on the outside, and there were also stains on the carpet. I hope management can pay more attention to these details. Finally, the mattress was quite firm, especially for us who are used to softer beds. Both my daughter and I woke up feeling stiff and sore the next day. She even strongly insisted on moving hotels, but we decided it was too much hassle, so we just made do for our second night."

"Before I even arrived, I'd heard so much about the Christine Hotel in Luoyang. They say the service here is top-notch, truly the best in the hotel industry. Honestly, I've stayed in many star-rated hotels, and I've heard the term 'top-notch' tossed around countless times, usually an exaggeration. But this time, I can confidently say that the service at Christine Hotel Luoyang is absolutely well-deserved! From check-in to check-out, it was meticulously thoughtful, to the point where it almost felt embarrassing! For example, upon arrival, there wasn't just welcome fruit, but also a welcome meal, and it was unlimited! Turn-down service, laundry service, room service, and even during housekeeping, they noticed I brought a toothbrush and thoughtfully placed a toothbrush holder. When they saw me wearing glasses returning to the hotel, a service attendant even brought me a glasses cloth. All the staff's smiles and attitudes made me feel truly at home and that every request would be met! And there's one more thing I absolutely have to mention: I accidentally lost my necklace and couldn't find it anywhere, no matter how long I searched. To my astonishment, the hotel returned it to me! They said it was found in the hotel lobby, and after checking surveillance footage, they confirmed it was me who lost it. I was truly dumbfounded; I had given up all hope of finding it, and yet, it was returned! Overall, I absolutely must give it a five-star recommendation. The service here even surpasses a five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"A fantastic experience! This pet-friendly B&B is a treasure trove of friendly owners. 🥹 From check-in to check-out, the B&B made sure to discuss any requests in advance, recommended various restaurants, and provided meticulous service. The environment is lovely, close to various attractions, and they even have two adorable dogs! The yard is surrounded by greenery, and the room is clean and bright. My trip was rushed, but I'll definitely come back to enjoy it again."

Upon entering, the receptionist spoke very gently. She didn't just give directions; she personally escorted me to my room and even told me I had a Tencent VIP membership for watching TV and could pick up takeout orders on my behalf—so thoughtful! My goodness, the service was impeccable! There was just one minor hiccup: three sets of toiletries were provided in the bathroom, but they forgot to include a comb. After I mentioned it, it was brought over immediately, without any delay. In short, the place has a great environment, a convenient location, and the service is impeccable; it feels like they genuinely care about their guests. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luoyang!"
