"I accidentally saw this hotel on the Internet. It was quite grand when I entered the lobby. When I checked in, I asked if there was any place to eat. The front desk clerk enthusiastically recommended some restaurants nearby and even drew a hand-drawn map for me. As a result, I was a bit busy at lunch time. To my surprise, the front desk manager Jiang Jiang knocked on my door and brought me food. He told me that it was made by their restaurant and I could eat it without worry. This move warmed my heart. I have been traveling for so long and have never encountered such hotel service. It is really great."

"We took the kids on holiday, and the room was not only clean and tidy, but also had a fully automatic washing machine. The cleaning lady was also incredibly kind and even gave the kids some peaches from her own garden. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel experience."
