"The service was excellent. The butler added us on WeChat in advance and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The room offered stunning views of both the sea and the lake, which was beautiful. The small bedroom in our suite perfectly met our needs. The kitchen was also very functional, and we had no problem preparing simple meals.
The hotel facilities are fantastic and comprehensive, especially the three kids' play areas and the heated pool. The staff operating the mini-train were also exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The only issue was the nearby construction site. From 8 AM to 12 PM and then again from 2 PM to 6 PM every day, there was a continuous loud hammering noise. So, if you're planning to book, I'd recommend asking beforehand if the construction has finished. If it has, then this hotel is definitely worth staying at."
